This Chevy is packing a fully documented 355 cubic inch V8 paired with a 700R4 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission sending power back to a narrowed GM 12-bolt housing 3.55 gears. The truck was initially built as a shop truck for a local fabrication shop. Front to back and top to bottom, this S10 is loaded with professionally built or professionally fabricated bits that make this an incredible power cruiser. With plenty of power on tap, the S-10 will gladly make short work of anyone willing to line up next to you. Thanks to the lock up torque converter, longer highway drives are an absolute breeze. The engine happily runs on pump gas, and the fabricated fuel cell in the finished bed has a master shut off for long term storage. Though this truck was built circa 1997, it has held up very well for the last 25+ years, and shows no signs of quitting anytime soon! the ratchet shifter gives the driver control to manually select the ideal gear, or just leave it in "D" and cruise without a worry in the world. A line-lock setup makes it easy to cook the rear tires for a great smoke-show. One could spend hours looking over this truck and still find custom fabricated parts. This certainly isn't a catalog-queen!
