The Formula trim saw the more powerful V8 from the Trans Am, with the ground effects and body kit from the base Firebird. In this case, it translates to a lighter weight body with the 5.7l LT1 engine paired with a 4l60e 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. This firebird has been very well taken care of with no accidents showing on a CarFax, and an extremely clean underside. The vehicle is mostly unmodified, with the only noted exceptions being the radio, and the muffler. Turning the ignition wakes up the high compression V8 under the hood with a soft rumble. Get this 'bird out on the road and it screams while gaining speed with ease. This Formula would be a great addition to any collection, and is happy to be driven anywhere.
