1953 Ford F 100 For Sale in our Chicago Showroom. This Ford has a rebuilt Chevy 350, a new Holley 4 barrel carburetor on a Performer intake, with a Turbo 400 transmission. There is only 900 miles on the truck since rebuilt. The F100 has a Ford 9 inch rear end with disc brakes. There is power rack and pinion steering, 4 wheel power disc brakes, aluminum radiator with electric fan, power windows, tilt column, seat belts, leather seats, Chrome wheels with Baby Moons, full gauges, dual exhaust, tubular upper and lower control arms, wipers on this pick up truck. This truck was purchased in Arizona, and the current owner installed the new leather interior, restored the bed with new wood and paint, and installed that new Holley carburetor mentioned before. F-Series trucks underwent a revamp in 1953, the year Ford celebrated its 50th anniversary. The new look coincided with revised names -- F-1 pickup trucks transitioned to F-100.
