and a unique ride in that she has been upgraded with Vengence Racing modifications so if you want to road race hold on! The LS6 engine has been replaced by a LS3 rated at 495-hp, along with a LS7 clutch kit, and with all kinds of upgrades. The owner states the engine has 1,200-miles on it, 800 on the road, 400 on the track. She rides on a set of black racing wheels wrapped in Toyo Proxes R888 street legal slicks. The documentation on the upgrades is too long to list, and is contained within the file.
The 50th anniversary edition was offered during the 2003 model year to commemorate a half century of Corvette production. Introduced in 1997, the ''C5'' generation Corvette was a radical styling departure from the angular C4s. In addition to looking more contemporary, the C5 featured General Motors latest technology including drive-by-wire throttle, variable-effort steering and optional magnetic selective ride control suspension. This Corvette comes with all standard equipment along with the 50th Anniversary package which includes auto dimming mirrors, Magnetic selective ride control, tilt wheel, heads up display, and 3:15 rear axle. This 2003 Corvette only has 43,840 actual miles on the body. The yellow paint looks wonderful and really highlights the black interior, with the OMP racing seat, steering wheel, G-Force seat belt, and roll bar.
