For its 15th Anniversary Edition, the '83 H/O came only in black with silver rocker panels. Chrome 15" wheels fitted Goodyear Eagle GT tires, and a power bulge hood and rear spoiler gave this car a purposeful look. This Cutlass is everything that was cool back in the early 80's. It was ahead of its time with the Lightning Rod shifters, which is like an auto-stick that you see in modern cars today.
