1979 Lincoln Continental

View Description

This 79- Continental is finished in bright white exterior with white vinyl upholstery covering the back quarter of the roof. The paint is believed to be original, and still shines very well. Blue leather interior matches the exterior perfectly, and is in good condition, free from major signs of wear and tear. Powering this 79- Collector Series is a 400 CID V8 engine, while a 3 speed automatic transmission transfers power to the pavement. The Lincoln Continental is a luxury car that was produced by Lincoln for 49 years between 1939 and 2002, and was brought back for the 2017 model year. Between 1939 and 1948 production was halted during WWII, the Continental was then retired until 1958. Production resumed in 58- and continued until 1981, a Continental was not offered in 1981, but was available in 1982, and until 2002. Lincoln brought the Continental back for the 2017 model year, hopefully it is here for the long run once again. Including the most recent generation, the Continental has spanned a total of ten generations. The Collector Series was offered to commemorate the end of the traditional full-size American sedans...

1979 Lincoln Continental

View Description

In the 70's, the Lincoln Mark series was the pinnacle of luxury. This was Ford Motor Company's way to compete with Cadillac, and a very successful way at that. The Mark V screams 70's luxury, from its long straight body, to the hideaway head lamps, to the pillow top seating, or even the opera windows. The size, weight, and presence of the vehicle lets you know that someone important is behind the wheel. Although the car is something to admire, behind the wheel is the best place to be. The bench seat is as comfortable as your easy chair at home, the steering is light enough you could steer with one finger, and the ride is so soft it feels like you're floating down the road. This is a car made to cover long spans of roadway. Powering the car along is the original 400 CID V8 backed by a silky-smooth C6 automatic transmission. The entire drivetrain has just 18,308 actual miles, and the only thing it needs is a proud new owner! Making this Lincoln especially desirable and rare is the factory power sunroof....

1966 Lincoln Continental

View Description

The classic luxury mobile has just 72,877 actual miles and is in great survivor condition. The exterior is emerald green as well as the stylish, spacious interior. 1966 was the longest body style produced by Lincoln. Also unique to that year was the 462 CID V8 big block engine. The big block produced 340 HP at 4600 rpm and 485 lb-ft of torque at 2800 rpm. The torque this car produces is very impressive. Every 1966 Lincoln Continental was designed to be a safer, more economical and enjoyable automobile. Protective items included front and rear seat belts, padded instrument panel and sun visors, deep-dish steering wheel, safety door latches, backup lights and much more. With safety features also came a new design. The front end styling include a new hood design and a...

1978 Lincoln Continental

View Description

This full size sedan not only is the epitome of vintage luxury and still has room for 6 adults and all of their respective luggage. Take a peek inside that trunk and you will see enough room for several golf bags or plenty of groceries. This car has traveled under 40,000 miles since new and is being sold by the original owner who has meticulously maintained this car from new. When new, these vehicles had a sticker price of right around $22,000, which made it the most expensive American-made vehicle of that year. Taking inflation into effect, this Lincoln would cost almost $84,000 in US currency today. Luckily, we aren-t crazy enough to ask for that much. The 7. 5 liter V8 engine purrs smoothly at idle and hums quietly down the highway, comfortable at any speed.

The smooth Maroon metallic exterior features a matching leather interior inviting you to sit for hours as you travel to wherever the road takes you. The underside is just as clean as the top showing minimal signs of any use at all. The glass is crystal clean and all the windows roll up and down without hesitation. Check out those oval Opera Windows...

View Description

It-s 1970, and this gorgeous Baby Blue 460 V8 Lincoln Mark III rolls into showrooms trying to keep up with demand. That same year the EPA is formed and starts cracking down on emissions. This is your chance to own a piece of American history. Hop inside and you-ll be wrapped in Lincoln Luxury. The Mark III was intended to compete head-to-head with the top of the domestic personal luxury car market, Cadillac's heavily redesigned front wheel drive Eldorado. This placed it above the second tier premium personal luxury cars such as the Ford Thunderbird, Buick Riviera and Oldsmobile Toronado. Within the last year the car has had a full tune up,...
