The Flathead V8 came out of a 1948 Mercury and has been completely rebuilt. Sitting on top is a roadrunner intake, Weiand blower, and dual two barrel carbs. This engine sounds amazing and pulls very well. The 3 speed transmission that is mated to the engine has also been rebuilt and shifts smoothly. As you notice, the front end is dropped a smidge to give the beast a nice stance. This car was originally a California car so the body and undercarriage are clean and show no signs of cancerous rust. During the rebuild, the interior was replaced with new original interior components. All in all this car looks the part, sounds the part, and goes like hell. It has everything you want in a hotrod.
