Everyone here at the showroom has been waiting for a Resto-Mod like this to come through our doors. The punch in this wagon comes via a 302 cubic inch Coyote V8 that is mated to the MT-82 6 speed manual transmission through a Currie 9" rear end housing 3:73 rear end! The engine was donated from a Roush Mustang and the supercharger was removed to keep things under control, in some cases, when you have wood body panels, there is a such thing as too much horsepower. The brown exterior meshes with the gorgeous wood (thanks to Treehouse Woods in Coco Beach Florida) inside and out. Features and Options include Air Conditioning, Custom Wheels, Leather Interior, 4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, McLeod Racing Hydraulic Double Clutch, Dakota Digital Gauges, Independent Double A-Arms Up Front, Custom 4 Link in the Rear, Seatbelts, Tilt Steering, Vinyl Roof and Wide White Wall Tires. The mix of old and new makes for an amazing experience behind the wheel with the unexpected power under the hood. A good amount of fabrication was required to fit the beast in the engine bay including moving the firewall in 2.5". A custom aluminum radiator was put in place to keep things cool. A Mustang II rack and pinion helps getting that giant steering wheel to point you where you want to go.
