Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to offer this 1 of 1323 Convertible 2003 Ford Mustang Centennial Edition. 2003 was Ford's 100th anniversary and it kicked off a yearlong celebration to mark the occasion. Ford celebrated its 100th Anniversary by making limited edition F-Series Super Duty trucks, Explorers, Taurus, Focus, and Mustang GTs to commemorate the event. The 4.6-liter SOHC V8 was factory rated at 260 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and Traction-Lok limited-slip differential, offering an exhilarating driving experience that Mustangs are renowned for. The interior features seating surfaces upholstered in Medium Parchment leather with contrasting darker inserts, 100th anniversary logos embossed onto the front seat backrests, and matching door panels, dash plastics, and carpeting. Equipment includes power adjustment for the driver's seat, cruise control, air conditioning, power windows and locks, and an optional Mach 1000 audio system with an in-dash CD changer. The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 150mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 20k Carfax reported miles. The Ford Centennial owner's package comprising of a watch, a key chain, a leather-bound owner's manual, and a coffee table book is also included in the sale along with service records.
