The wheelbase, frame, and wiring are also maintained in the finished vehicle. The Rodster is powered by a 2.8 V6 engine with 5 speed manual transmission. Flowmaster exhaust give it a powerful sound. The Carson top weighs in at 30lbs and can be removed for open air driving. It is equipped with Dakota gauges and a Clifford Alarm system. The nose tilts forward and is easily picked off for engine work. The trunk is fully operational.
