This Rare 7th Gen Fairlane 500 is a two-door hardtop. 1970 was the final year and this one is a head turner! This Fairlane has undergone a restoration and is ready for the show. Painted in Big Bad Green with Painted Black stripes with all recently re-chromed accents and new weatherstripping and Vinyl top. During the restoration it was upgraded to a 351 Cleveland with a mild cam, lifters, balanced crank and rods. Optioned with Hooker heads, a 750 CFM Proform Carb, Ford Racing valves, Summit Racing Radiator and a new heater core and hoses, Mallory Distributer with MSD coil and wires and a new Fuel sending unit. The Transmission is a rebuilt C6 Automatic with shift kit and B&M floor Shifter and all mated to what is told to be the original rear differential. The current owner did the restoration and has only put about 8k miles on her! To stop this gem they installed a power brakes conversion kit to have front and rear power brakes. During the restoration the owner also replaced the power steering pump, p/s control valve, the front-end steering and suspension parts, put on some new shocks and springs and optioned them with a set of BF Goodrich Radial tires mounted on Centerline Ultra Wheels. The interior was not left out with all new Carpets, upgraded Radio with CD and Cassette player and Black Vinyl seats.
