The TR4A came with a new independent rear suspension giving the new Triumph much improved ride comfort than its predecessor. Cosmetic changes on the TR4A included a revised front grille, chrome trim, smaller bumpers, and a revised convertible top.
This 1965 Triumph TR4A Roadster is painted in fire engine red with chrome galore. A meaty set of Koning alloy wheels are a nice addition. The interior has been tastefully done with black vinyl bucket seats and white cording. Interior features include a wood dash, harp steering wheel, seatbelts, and an AM/FM radio w/ Bluetooth. The black parade boot matches the interior with accenting white cording, resulting in a nice cohesive look. Under the hood of this beauty is a 2,138cc overhead-valve four-cylinder engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission w/overdrive. Drivability features include front disk brakes and rack-and-pinion steering.
