Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1937 Pontiac Deluxe Six. New features for 1937 were wider windshields, higher rooflines, and the headlights were mounted on the front fenders. A distinct feature on the six-cylinder was a flat, solid Indian head mounted on the front bumper. The 1937 Deluxe Six was marketed as "Americas Finest Low-Priced Car" with almost 179,000 units sold.
This 1937 Pontiac Deluxe is painted in forest green accented with an ever popular horizontally oriented grille. A set of chrome wheels mounted on BF Goodrich raised white letter tires gives this Pontiac an aggressive look. The gray cloth interior is surrounded with beautiful wood trim and a harp steering wheel. Modern gauges are mounted in the glove box in order to leave the original cluster intact. An Am /Fm radio/ cassette is also mounted in the glove box. Under the hood of this beauty is a 231ci. V-6 attached to a four-speed automatic transmission.
