Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1967 Ford Galaxie 500. The Galaxie nameplate was produced from 1959-1974. This third generation Galaxie was built from 1964-1968. Built by Ford as a full-size vehicle with the “500” denoting a higher package model. The telltale feature is the double stacked front headlights. Features on the 1967 Galaxie included padded interior surfaces and an optional AM/FM radio.
This bright yellow jewel sports a black shaker hood with hood pins and a mean set of alloy wheels mounted on raised white letter tires. Under the hood is a 351 Windsor V-8 attached to a three-speed automatic transmission. Side pipes resonate a nice throaty sound on acceleration. Special features include power steering, dual outside mirrors, aftermarket volts/water/oil gauges, tach, and a handsome wood steering wheel.
