Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is pleased to present for sale this handsome 1952 Dodge B3B pick up truck. The Dodge brand has been in the automotive industry for well over 100 years. Brothers Horace and John started a machine shop outside Detroit at the beginning of the 20th century. They were soon supplying parts for the Ford Motor Company. In 1914 the pair formed Dodge Brothers and were building their own line of automobiles. After the untimely death of both brothers, the company was sold of to Dillion, Read & Company and ultimately falling into the hands of the brilliant Walter P. Chrysler when he started his own auto company Chrysler Corporation in the 1920s. The Dodge truck line became notorious for its strong and capable offering with the Power Wagon truck during World War II. After WWII, the Dodge truck line debuted the new B-Series line in 1948. The “Job Rated” trucks proved to be very worthy vehicles for the growing truck market during the midcentury and were seen on farms and city streets all over the country.

Our featured 1952 Dodge represents the "pilot-house" era. Known for the wide-open cab that offered plenty of visibility from the driver’s seat and a more spacious area for its passengers. This truck in finished in a stunning forest green with brown vinyl seats. The truck also features color matched green steel wheels with “DODGE” dog dish style hub caps. Powering the handsome truck is an Inline Six-cylinder flathead engine matched to a 3-speed manual floor mounted transmission. Other features include a wooden bed, modern radio, and radial tires.

This dapper Dodge would make a wonderful candidate to use for light duty antique shopping, cruising the back country roads or to park out front of your small business and help draw attention and some good old American nostalgia! Call the Milwaukee showroom to find our more about the Mopar legend!
