Toyota has long been known for its dependable cars, but Toyota has built many performance and sporty cars like the 2000GT, Supra, Celica GT and the midengined MR2. The MR2 was Toyota's first midengined sport car and it was conceived from the simple idea of building a car that would be fuel efficient yet still fun to drive. The MR2 two-seater fit the bill with ease. From 1984 until 2007 the MR2 stayed true to that original idea.
Our featured MR2 is finished in black paint with a dark grey cloth interior. The vehicle is powered by the Toyota 1600 series 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine paired to a 5-speed manual transmission and this car had the AW11 body code. This particular automobile also features T-Tops, an AM/FM stereo with cassette player and a power antenna and power brakes.
