Gateway Classic cars Milwaukee is proud to present this 1973 Dodge Challenger. The Challenger nameplate began in 1969 as a 1970 model. Over the years, three generations of the Challenger have been produced on and off till the present. The first- generation Challenger was produced from 1970 -1974. Having a longer wheelbase, larger dimensions and a more luxurious interior resulted in the Challenger having its own niche market. Dodge sold the car with every engine size, trim levels and options it had in its arsenal. Even though the Challenger struggled for sales at the time, today it is highly collectable in the muscle car market.
This 1973 Dodge Challenger is painted in tuxedo black with blacked out trim and bumpers. The fiber glass hood with air scoop is a great addition to this Challengers good looks. All sitting on a set of 20” tires mounted on the sexiest Ridler five spoke alloys you have ever laid your eyes on. The black vinyl interior sports bucket seats sandwiching a custom-made carbon fiber center console with cup holders and an armrest. Additional aftermarket water and oil gauges let you keep a close eye on the engine. Speaking of the engine, there is a 340 V-8 under the hood attached to a three-speed automatic transmission. Comfort features include a Kenwood Am/Fm/cd radio, power steering and power front disc brakes.
