Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1921 Ford Model T Touring! This isn’t your father’s nor your grandfather’s Model T. This is your great grandfather’s model T. The Ford Model T was named the most influential car of the 20th century in the 1999 Car of the Century competition. Ford's Model T was successful not only because it provided inexpensive transportation on a massive scale, but also because the car signified innovation for the rising middle class and became a powerful symbol of the United States age of modernization. With 16.5 million sold and even after near 100 years, it stands in the top ten list of most sold cars of all time. Here we have a ’21 Touring model. What color? Anything you want as long as it was black as Henry Ford was known to say. The paint looks good, been some many years ago it was repainted but is holding up well. The top looks in good shape and the black vinyl interior is also in good order. The 4-cylinder engine runs well and the 2-speed Planetary transmission works like a charm. Truly a pleasure to drive something of this era as it was then. Speaking of the drivetrain, it was restored in the 80s. Current owner has had her for over 8 years, acquired from a private owner. Believed to be a 3-owner car. The car is titled as a 1921 Ford Model T and the title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. Options on this T include: Vinyl Interior, Manual Convertible top, Wooden Wheels, and Bias Ply Tires. This 1921 Ford Model T is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
