The second generation of Chevelles from 1968-1972 were an absolute hit. 1970 models are highly sought after as they were the first year of the mid-generation face lift. Sales were through the roof and lead these muscle cars to be America's second-best selling car! Here we have a '70 model, 3rd year of the second gens but the first year of the new face lift. The orange paint looks good, driver quality and still has a nice shine to it. The black vinyl interior goes well with the color tones and is also in good order. The BF Goodrich Radial Ta tires give her a great stance. Under the hood is a 350ci V8 engine backed by a turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission. This car runs, drives, and shifts well. Owner states it to be one of the strongest 350s he has every had and he has had a lot! The factory speedometer and odometer do not work. A GPS speedometer has been added. Controls and lines are all there for A/C and per owner just needs a compressor. Current owner installed a new carburetor, distributor, plugs, and plug wires. She is sporting disc brakes in the front and has posi-traction. Current owner acquired her from a private owner in Indiana whose dad bought it out of Alabama.
