Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is pleased to offer this classy light green metallic 1983 GMC Caballero. Many, but not all, have likely forgotten that GMC had their own version of the Chevy El Camino: originally brought to market as the "Sprint" in 1971, GMC rebadged the Sprint as the Caballero for the 1978 model year, and it remained in production until 1987. This Caballero is powered by a 350 CID V8; which, combined with its 3-speed automatic transmission, will zip you down the road with ease, especially since the 350 has been topped with an Edelbrock 4BBL carb and aluminum intake. The little Ute also features a nice spray-in bed liner, which makes for a nice work vehicle if it's ever needed to haul stuff that would damage a regular painted bed. Inside, you'll notice the Dakota Digital "Ana/Digi" electronic analog dash, which is a nice upgrade from the original GM gauge cluster; along with fresh black synthetic leather seating, black carpeting, and the AM/FM/CD head unit. The tunes are sent from the deck to the speakers, which include two 8-inch subwoofers, so you'll not be straining to hear your jams, even with the windows down at interstate speeds. However, with the cold A/C, you'll probably not be doing that very often. The features and options on this Caballero include A/C, AM/FM/CD Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, Rally Wheels, Seatbelts, and Vinyl Interior. Don't wait too long to call or email our Houston showroom - El Caminos and Caballeros are hot right now - don't miss out!
