Gateway Classic Cars of DENVER is excited to present this stunning 1955 Ford F100 Pickup Truck.
For the 1955 model year, an all-new version of the F-Series made its debut. Increased dimensions, improved engines, and an updated chassis were features of the second generation, and the naming scheme change for the F-Series remains in place to the present day. The half-ton F1 became the F100 (partially influenced by the North American F100 Super Sabre jet fighter). This 1955 F100 has undergone a radical restoration. It is now powered by a peppy roller cam-equipped 302 H.O. V8 that's backed by a AOD (4-speed) automatic transmission. Thanks to exhaust setup and headers, this truck has an nice rumble to match its style. Although the truck appears to be just a mild-mannered '55 F100, it is packed full of features, including a 1999 Ford Ranger front clip with power rack and pinion steering, factory style wheels with radial tires, power front disc brakes, Holly Sniper fuel injection, This '55 F100 is loaded and ready for its next owner, so give us a call and grab it before someone else does! Documentation is available upon request.
