The Volkswagen Beetle is easily one of the most adored vehicles out there- to car-enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts alike. When you think of a small, two-door car, you think of a Beetle. An absolute timeless car. The 1970's saw some of the coolest Volkswagens produced. The 1973 Beetle introduced changes like the enlarged "elephant foot" taillights, reshaped rear fenders, and the generator was replaced with an alternator.
This '74 sure is stylish. A red exterior, with chrome spoke wheels. The chrome side trim and bumpers look real charming with those iconic circle headlights. The black vinyl seats are amazing. Comfortable and adjustable. Gotta love the wooden gauge panel and glove-compartment lid.
Lift open the rear trunk lid to reveal the air-cooled 4 cylinder 1600 cc, paired to a 3-semi automatic transmission. The two dual exhaust tips really give the rear even more style. Such a neat little motor, classic Volkswagen.
