Hennessey Performance has certainly earned the distinction of being called one of the best in the business. Being that the new Camaro kit is called the 'HPE650', one may venture a guess that it gets up to 650 HP. How it gets there is the real question. This program comes with plenty of additions to rock anyone's world, including a new TVS2300 supercharger system that's available in either black or chrome finishes. There's also a new air induction system, high-flow cylinder heads, stainless steel long tube headers, high-flow catalytic converters, as well as a high-flow fuel injector upgrade and, finally, a little re-tweaking of the car's ECU.
The result of all the upgrades is a car whose 6.2-liter V8 engine can crank out an output of 655 horsepower, @ 6,300 rpm. which is a shot up from the standard 426 ponies.
