Vinyl InteriorGateway Classic Cars is super excited about presenting this stunning 1967 Chevrolet Corvair Convertible. It was Chevy's compact car manufactured between 1960-1969 and it remains as the only rear mounted air cooled engine massed produced for the public.
This one is in really nice shape and has been in the same family for many years, it also boasts the legendary Corvair flat-6 with a 4 speed stick shift making it very fun to drive. This is the 2nd generation Corvair and the big change was the independent suspension, making for a nicer, smoother ride and very enjoyable to drive.
The exterior is Chevy's gleaming red and the interior is standard black, with the newer top down its contrast is very nice. This one definitely shows pride of ownership and great care over the years to keep it in the shape it is in. Drive this into the local car shows or cruise down the road and watch all the heads turn and you go by.
