Gateway Classic Cars of Charlotte is proud to digitally present this 1953 Chevrolet 3100.
The 1953 Chevrolet Pickup truck was part of the Advance Design series, which was the company's first significant redesign of its trucks since World War II. This model featured a more modern and aerodynamic design, with an updated grille, a new hood, and larger headlights. The cab was also redesigned to offer more comfort and space for the driver and passengers. The 1953 Chevrolet Pickup truck was well-received by consumers and was known for its durability, reliability, and versatility. It was widely used for both personal and commercial purposes and was a popular choice among farmers, ranchers, and small business owners.
This old truck has received a major makeover. Let's start from the ground and work our way up. A TCI chassis supports classic Weld wheels with HUGE meats out back securely planted to the pavement thanks to a four-link coil-over suspension. Power rack and pinion steering up front allow great handling and easy maneuvering. Under the hood is a rowdy 383 small block Chevy V8 with a mild cam, Edelbrock port fuel injection, and performance ignition. Billet pulley brackets keep all accessories and the serpentine belt in line. Headers flow into a tightly tucked-up dual exhaust system while Flowmasters tone the noise down just enough. Inside this red and white patina truck is a beautiful red and black interior sporting electric windows, bucket seats, a custom blue tooth audio system, a complete set of Auto Meter gauges, and air conditioning.
This truck has everything you have been looking for at a great price, so make it yours fast because everyone else is looking for the same thing!
