Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to represent this nicely restored 1971 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28! The second-generation Chevrolet Camaro is an American pony car that was produced by Chevrolet from 1970 through the 1981 model years. It was longer, lower, and wider than the first generation Camaro. A convertible, which was available for the first generation, was unavailable for the second. GM engineers have said the second generation is much more of "A Driver's Car" than its predecessor.
This particular example is powered by a rebuilt 350 cubic inch V8 with a mild cam backed by a Richmond 5-Speed Manual Transmission. Finished in a Metallic Green over a "two toned" Black/Green Vinyl interior, the 4-spoke steering wheel and Hurst shifter help to inspire confidence while unleashing the power and rowing through all 5 gears. Not only does it look good, but the Power Steering, Power Brakes, Air Conditioning, and aftermarket radio and subwoofer make this '71 example easy and fun to drive! If you are in the market for a well built iconic American muscle car, this 1971 should be hard to pass up!
