Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this 1971 Pontiac Ventura. The Pontiac Ventura was an automobile model that was produced by Pontiac. As was common practice at the time, its name was derived from Ventura, California, joining other similarly derived models such as the fellow Pontiac Catalina, the Chevrolet Malibu, and Mercury Monterey. In 1971, Pontiac moved the name to their new X-body entry, the Ventura II. Ventura II production ran from 1971 to 1977. The "II" suffix was dropped after 1972. Powering this 1971 Pontiac Ventura II is a 350 cubic inch V8 backed by a 700R4 4-Speed Automatic Transmission. This Ventura II has an 8.5-inch rear end with 3.70 gears.
Options on this 1971 Pontiac Ventura include: Spare Tire, Jack, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Radial Tires, Rally Wheels, Alloy Wheels, and Posi-Traction.
