This very original GTO was purchased brand new back 1964 from a dealership in Atlanta, Georgia and has been kept in the same family ever since! This numbers matching first generation GTO is a true survivor and is being offered up to a new home. Sitting under the hood is the 389 cubic inch V8 that is paired up to the original 2-speed automatic transmission. Both the engine and transmission are very strong even after all these years and have plenty of road trips our weekend outings left in them. The body on the car is straight and clean with only one repaint in the early 90’s where it was painted using the same color it came from the factory with. As you slide into the original interior and get comfortable in the bucket seats, it is as if you stepped back into 1964. The white vinyl interior contrasts nicely against the blue paint and the aluminum spun inserts top it all off. A couple pumps on the gas pedal and the turn of a key brings the 389 to life! Drop it down into drive and you are off and cruising. The suspension soaks up the bumps in the road yet is still tight and very controlled. The power steering and power brakes makes controlling this big car a breeze. This is 1964 GTO is what started the muscle car era and is now an icon in the American automotive scene. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1964 Pontiac GTO in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1964 Pontiac GTO. 1964 is what many consider the birth year of what many consider the original Muscle car. John DeLorean was chief engineer at the time and noticed the exploding HOTOD scene. Consisting of young men taking anything they could find stripping it down and stuffing the biggest engine they could in it to make it go fast. He loved the idea so much that he decided to stuff a 389 Tri- Power in a midsize Tempest with some better suspension, a set of rally wheels, and finally three little letters G T O. Little did he know history was writing itself and the GTO would go down as the G.O.A.T or greatest of all time. This example has been restored back to its original glory and is sure to take you back to a better time. The paint has been redone back its original color with base coat clear coat giving it a deeper look than ever achievable in 64. The trim is as good as it comes with the bumpers being in some of the best condition I have seen. With it being a 2-door post car there were far few less of these beauties built making this a rare find. The aftermarket wheels are like what you would see back then but just a little taller to give it a modern look. Under the hood is a period and date code correct 389 with the 3 deuces sitting on top making this one of the hottest engines of its time. Matched up to a classic and correct 4 speed transmission this is exactly what DeLorean dreamed of, a car from the factory that was basically saying get in, sit down, shut up and hold on. A quick peek inside reveals classic Pontiac with the interior reflecting what you would find in 1964. The vinyl buckets with 4 speed shifters sticking out between them let everyone know this isn’t your Grandma’s Tempest. If you have been looking for the one started it all without draining the bank account, this 64 GOAT is the one for you. Options on this 1964 Pontiac GTO include; AM Radio, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, and Aluminum wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1964 Pontiac GTO is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. Engine: 454 CID V8Transmission: Turbo 400Mileage: 15,000 ( since rebuilt )
For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1964 Pontiac GTO. When I was young we used to say that the GTO stood for gas, tires and oil for the three things this car would burn though in a hurry if you had a heavy foot. This GTO for sale is covered in medium blue and looks like it was laid down yesterday. With straight body lines that are crisp and clean and a fresh coat of paint this car has an almost new look. Open the door and slide into the vinyl bucket seat and you are instantly transported back into the seventies. With the large steering wheel and horseshoe shifter in the center console this car screams classic muscle. But if you want to really hear a scream, open the hood and cover your ears. The scream you hear will be your on! Some will scream with joy that the engine compartment contains a Chevy big block that measures 454 cubic inches, other will scream that it isn’t a Pontiac 389. Either way you have to agree that the muscle under the hood is sufficient to move this Pontiac GTO at a rapid pace and enough torque to bend the hinges on the driver’s seat. A holley ® four barrel carburetor feeds the fuel and a set of headers help to wish away the exhaust. Backing this rambunctious Rat is the bullet proof (please don’t attempt to disprove this theory) turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission that handles the gears and shifts (pun intended) the power to the rear axle that houses a set of 3.73 gears. This classic muscle car for sale is sure to make you smile from the moment you see it until you slowly shut the garage door and turn off the light after your last drive. Options for this 1964 GTO for sale include AM/FM radio, Power steering, Power brakes, Hub caps, Seat belts, Hub caps, Radial Tires and Alloy wheels. A $237.37 document fee will be added to the sales price. All purchases may be subject to any applicable tax, title, & licensing fees. Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer one very cool 1965 Pontiac GTO. You won’t be able to help yourself from humming “Little GTO” when you fire up this bright red beauty. As Ronnie and the Daytonas sung in their 60’s classic, “Turn it on, wind it up, blow it out, GTO”. This ’65 has the iconic 3 deuces and a 4 speed that any Pontiac fan can appreciate. It sports a Pontiac 400 from a ’68, but still has the look and feel you’d expect from a ’65. The snappy red exterior is set off with a set of polished Cragar SSs wrapped in white wall tires. This one sports a unique white vinyl top which matches the white vinyl interior. Front buckets and a floor shifter leave no questioning what type of car this is: a true muscle car. This is however, the gentleman’s muscle car, so a wood rimming steering wheel and wood grain dash dress up the cabin. Power steering and power brakes are a must in a full sized car with the power that this one has. When you hit wide open throttle, you can hear all 3 carbs gulping fresh air to feed the beast. Needless to say, they just don’t make them like they used to. This little slice of muscle car history is available in our Dallas showroom. Swing by for a closer look, or check out www.GatewayClassicCars.com for 100+ photos and a video. Contact 817-310-9400 or email@example.com with inquiries.

“Little GTO…You’re really lookin’ fine…” You can almost hear the song as you ride in this beautiful 1965 Pontiac GTO. This amazing numbers matching convertible packs a 389 cubic inch V8 engine, with added Tri-Power intake and Posi-Traction rear end and 323 gear ratio. It also comes with the protecto plate and Pontiac Historical Services documentation. The GTO’s creation involved transforming the upcoming second-generation Pontiac Tempest into a "Super Tempest", or "Grand Tempest Option", with a larger 389 cu in Pontiac V8 engine from the full-sized Pontiac Catalina and Bonneville in place of the standard 326 cu in V8. By promoting the big-engine "Grand Tempest" as a special high-performance model, they could appeal to the speed-minded youth market. The GTO disregarded GM's policy limiting the A-body intermediate line to a maximum engine displacement of 330 cu in (5.4 L). Pontiac general manager Elliot "Pete" Estes approved the new model, although sales manager Frank Bridge, who did not believe it would find a market, insisted on limiting initial production to 5,000 cars. This beautiful 1965 GTO is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com, or call (262) 891-4253 for additional information.

Very few cars have survived this long and remained in this great of condition without being totally restored! This beautiful 1965 GTO Convertible in cameo ivory paint truly is untouched and still retains the original equipment that it rolled off the showroom floor with when it was brand new. The numbers matching 389 cubic inch V8 has been rebuilt with less than 2,500 miles on it since rebuild and fires up with ease thank to the meticulous maintenance through the years. If the condition of this car isn’t enough to attest to the great care taken then the binder full of receipts will take you on a trip through history also. Sitting behind the wheel of this muscle car is definitely a privilege. Gripping the shifter for the 4 speed Muncie transmission that was a rear option for these cars really transports you back in time and makes you feel like you are speeding even while sitting still. Exhaust gases are expelled through a set of dual stainless steel Flowmasters. Giving the car it’s stance are the chrome Crager wheels wrapped in radial tires. But if those are not your style the original wheels and hub caps are included. Chrome dash accents along with hardware compliment the black interior. Keeping you cool while you enjoy the ride is the dealer installed air conditioning. If you are more into cruising with the top down then you will truly appreciate the recently replaced black power convertible top! Full PHS documentation package is included with the sale of this GTO as well as a protecto plate and original manuals. Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer the king of the muscle cars. This 1965 Pontiac GTO is a great example of what American Muscle is all about. GTO’s are what legends are made of and when the Pontiac GTO was introduced to America in September 1963, it created an entirely new market segment that sparked a reaction throughout the auto industry. Today we know that reaction as the muscle-car era. By 1966, all the domestic automobile manufacturers had their response to the GTO. Some were good, some were hastily slapped together, and others missed the mark altogether. It could be argued that none of them possessed the combination of performance, style, image, and affordability of the GTO. This Tri-Power 389ci V-8 is mated to 4 speed manual transmission. This combination is the one you want and really puts the power to the pavement. Some nice upgrades include the MSD 6AL ignition, tubular headers w/ dual flowmaster exhaust. This GTO looks very aggressive in beautiful Red with Black vinyl interior and is set off by its chrome Cragar wheels and redline tires. If you are looking for the iconic muscle car that started it all, this GTO is ready for your collection. For more information including over 120HD photos and video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com . The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1965 Pontiac GTO for sale. The GTO was restyled for the 1965 model year. It sported Pontiac's characteristic vertically stacked quad headlights. Overall weight increased while the brake lining area increased nearly 15%. The dashboard design was improved, and an optional rally gauge cluster added a more legible tachometer and oil pressure gauge. The 389 engine had revised cylinder heads with re-cored intake passages, improving breathing. Rated power increased to the Tri-Power was rated 360hp. Transmission and axle ratio choices remained the same. The restyled GTO had a new simulated hood scoop. A rare, dealer-installed option was a metal under hood pan and gaskets that allowed the scoop to be opened, transforming a cosmetic device into a functional cold air intake. With two testers and equipment aboard, they recorded 0-60 miles per hour in 5.8 seconds, the standing quarter mile in 14.5 seconds with a trap speed of 100 miles per hour, and an observed top speed of 114. This GTO has the 389ci V-8 with the 4-speed manual. This goat sports a new top, new tires, original rebuilt front end parts, new water pump, harmonic balancer, and original service book. This is an owner stated original GTO. Triple black GTO convertible…they don’t get much better. Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1966 Pontiac GTO. This 1966. GTO must be one of the best examples we have seen. Full Frame off restoration completed by the South 40 Collection. This car shimmers in the sunlight in its beautiful Barrier blue. The chrome and bright work are in excellent shape. Of course, the real determining factor on any muscle car is what’s under the hood. This gem has the 389 Tri Power that runs and looks as good or better as the day it left the lot. The Tri Power setup was gone through with all the Carbs rebuilt and tuned this baby will even idle and if you ever tinkered with this set up that is saying a lot. Matched up to the Muncie 4 speed transmission going through the gears is one of the best feelings any car enthusiast could have. The interior looks like it’s never even been sit in. The black buckets remind you that the contoured seats of then are nothing like today’s huge side bolstered buckets, but that’s the whole point of these muscle cars. The GTO is what many will say started the Muscle car craze in 1964. John DeLorean was “the man with the plan” if you will, but Bill Collins and Russ Gee played a huge role in its development. There had been other cars long before the GTO that offered hopped up engines but were only available in the full-size cars and very limited in production. The GTO would be the first intermediate sized car that would be available to the masses and not to mention affordable. This would turn into to be a very successful formula and soon you would see every automaker struggling to catch up. If you want a car that is sure to get thumbs up at every stop light and has all the criteria that collectors demand, this fully restored beauty is. Options on this 1966 Pontiac GTO include, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, Am Radio, red-line Tires and Posi-Traction. This 1968 Pontiac GTO is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 68 GTO was brought out as a completely redesigned model with a much more curvaceous body. The styling ques and performance allowed Pontiac to sale over 87000 units that year. Today these cars are still sought after for the same reasons making the GTO one of the most sought-after muscle cars to this day. This green example is one of the few cars that has only had 2 owners in its lifetime. The current owner bought it in 1970 and kept it until now with a copy of the bill of sale included. The paperwork and receipts that come with the car are rather extensive with the original build sheet found under the gas tank are included as well. The green paint is correct to the car with it having a respray done some time ago. The panels are original to the car and are in good condition. The Endura bumper was the major thing that separated the GTO from a Chevelle. This one Under the hood you will find the original 400/350HP engine that still has plenty of power and runs extremely well. The 4-speed transmission shifts out nicely with a great feel on the pedal. The interior is believed to be original to the car and shows no signs of wear. The black vinyl buckets upfront are exactly what you would except in 68. The 4-speed shifter is in a great position to hammer through those gears. Speaking of gears the original rear-end is still intact with the 3.23 gears. Many consider these the perfect mix of acceleration and highway driving. If you have been looking for an exceptionally original car with the documentation showing that is genuine this 68 is the right car for you. Options on this 1968 Pontiac GTO include, AM Radio, Power Steering, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, and Radial Tires on Custom Wheels. Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer a one-of-a-kind 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge. In 1969, Pontiac introduced "The Judge" to be a low-cost GTO, stripped of features to make it competitive with the Plymouth Road Runner. The Judge was $332 more expensive than a standard GTO in 1969, and included the Ram Air III engine, Rally II wheels without trim rings, Hurst shifter, wider tires, various "The Judge" decals, and a rear spoiler. The name "The Judge" came from a comedy routine, "Here Come de Judge", used repeatedly on the Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In TV show which aired in the late 1960's until the early 1970's. This specific Judge is wrapped in a shiny coat of Carousel Red which make the decals on this GTO stand out. The interior is an immaculate Onyx Black vinyl interior that has been meticulously maintained and show almost no signs of wear. Under the hood of this GTO is the numbers matching 400 CID V8 which has been professionally rebuilt during its restoration. This monstrous power-plant is paired to a 4-speed Muncie transmission that puts power to pavement in an instant. This GTO's stance looks absolutely intimidating and rests perfectly on its polished Cragar wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich TA radials and to top it off the original wheels are available with the car. This GTO has been fully restored and has the documentation showing all work done, it has PHS documentation, and the original build sheet is included as well. This GTO is an absolute monster which has been highly sought after in the past years, and years to come due to its rarity. If you are in the market for one of the most iconic muscle cars on the 1960's, look no further. Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer this awesome and documented 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge. Along with this gorgeous Carousel Red paint and Black Vinyl interior, this is the way Pontiac intended The Judge to be introduced. The first 2,000 Pontiac GTO Judge were usually optioned with a 4 Speed Manual Transmission Gearbox, Saf-T-Trak HD rear end, hood tach, rally gauges and power disc brakes. Originally, this Judge was sold to Kottwitz Motor Co in Great Bend, Kansas and managed to find its way back to the Motor City capital of the world. The Judge was shipped out to the dealership on 02/21/1969 and carried a MSRP of $3,461.74. The Judge retains an original, period correct Pontiac 400cid Ram Air III car that was originally paired to an Automatic Transmission. This Judge is sitting on its original style rally wheels wrapped in poly-glas tires to give it its original 1969 appeal. The black interior is in amazing shape and this Judge is one you can actually put on the road and take to shows at the same time. With the demise of the Pontiac Motor Division, these GTO’s are in high demand. Their values have always been premium on the market and nothing is going to change especially considering the GTO is one of the original Muscle Car’s that started the whole craze. This GTO will be the envy of your gated community and looks like nothing else under the sunlight. For more information on this awesome Judge, call to speak with one of our friendly staff at 313.982.3100 or email us at Detroit@GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this incredible custom 1969 Pontiac GTO Restomod. This is not your average Restomod by any means. There was no expense spared in the making of this top notch GTO. The first thing you notice on this GOAT is the Inferno Orange paint finish. Done on rotisserie, this shows beautifully on the custom body work. It sits on a frame that was completely reinforced (boxed in) and painted black after being sand blasted. The black tinted windows help tie the colors in together perfectly. This car has a very serious suspension setup that has all the right parts. It has a complete performance suspension package by UMI that includes tubular control arms, and big sway bars with polyurethane bushings on the front and rear. On all four corners are QA1 fully adjustable coilovers. Steering is impressive on this with the addition of a rack and pinion steering system by Flaming River. It has a new tilt steering column with a new wheel. Braking on this beauty is supplied by a big brake package with crossed drilled and slotted rotors by Master Power Brakes. One of the most impressive parts of the car is the power plant. Inside the engine bay you will find an extremely clean, fully rebuilt LS6 engine with Performance Dart cylinder heads. This motor is force fed by a Magnuson TVS 2300 Supercharger. The engine has a complete, custom accessory drive kit finished in black ice and billet aluminum by Wegner Performance. This engine is cooled thanks to a performance radiator with dual electric fans by Dewitts. It's putting out a mind blowing 500hp and 485 ft lbs of torque on the Dyno, and it is mated to a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission, with performace clutch kit and hydraulic controls by American Powertrain. The rear end on this Inferno Orange performance car is a 12-bolt chevy rear end with limited slip differential and 3:42 gears. All of the power is kept in check via performance gauges by Auto Meter. The creature comforts and options in this car consist of everything you could possibly want. The cabin is kept cool by a Vintage Air, air conditioning kit. The interior is completely custom. This modern beast has an Android 2 Din stereo head unit with back up camera. The interior is black leather with orange stitching throughout, matching the orange exterior. This GTO has power windows, power locks, and power seats. There is a custom built center console with custom built door panels. The new carpets have dynamat insulation to keep the inside nice and quiet. The color scheme continues with orange LED illumination inside the vehicle. Outside this monster, all the lights are LED’s and the HID headlights have orange halo rings giving the GTO a mean look. When you aren’t listening to the roar of the engine, you can hear the two 6x9 Pioneer speakers on a package tray. This coupled with the 10” subwoofer box in the trunk makes for an excellent sound system. This ’69 sits on custom American Racing wheels wrapped in Continental performance tires. The wheels are 20” in the rear and 18” in the front, giving this Restomod the perfect staggered stance. You cannot reproduce the work on this car as it has so many custom touches. Take this to any show, track, street, or venue and prepare to be asked about this powerful piece of art. We have a beautiful Gold hued 1970 Pontiac GTO here in our Milwaukee showroom. This GTO features a Tan interior and is numbers matching. In 1970 the GTO retained the Endura urethane cover around the headlamps and grille. The suspension was upgraded with the addition of a rear anti-roll bar, essentially the same bar as used on the Oldsmobile 442 and Buick Gran Sport. The front anti-roll bar was slightly stiffer. The result was a useful reduction in body lean in turns and a modest reduction of understeer. The base engine was unchanged for 1970, but the low-compression economy engine was deleted and the Ram Air III and Ram Air IV remained available, although the latter was now a special-order option.A new option was Pontiac's 455 HO engine (different from the round-port offerings of the 1971–72 cars), available now that GM had rescinded its earlier ban on intermediates with engines larger than 400. The 455, a long-stroke engine also available in the full-size Pontiac line as well as the Grand Prix, was dubiously rated by Pontiac as only moderately stronger than the base 350 HP 400 CID and less powerful than the 366 hp (273 kW) Ram Air III. The Pontiac brochure indicated the same 455 installed in the Grand Prix model was rated at 370 horsepower (280 kW). The camshafts used in the Ram Air III and the GTO 455 HO were the same. For example, the manual transmission 455 HO's used the same 288/302 duration cam as the Ram Air III. The 455 was rated at 360 hp (270 kW) at 4,300 rpm. Its advantage was torque: 500 lb·ft (678 N·m) at 2,700 rpm. A functional Ram Air scoop was available. Car and Driver tested a heavily optioned 455, with a four-speed transmission and 3.31 axle and recorded a quarter mile time of 15.0 seconds with a trap speed of 96.5 mph (155.3 km/h) . Car Life test car had the Turbo-Hydramatic 455 with a 3.55 rear differential, clocked 14.76 seconds at 95.94 mph (154.40 km/h), with identical 6.6 second 0–60 mph acceleration. Both were about 3 mph (4.8 km/h) slower than a Ram Air III 400 four-speed, although considerably less temperamental: the Ram Air engine idled roughly and was difficult to drive at low speeds. The smaller displacement engine recorded less than 9 mpg US (26 L/100 km; 11 mpg imp) of gasoline, compared to 10 mpg US (24 L/100 km; 12 mpg imp)-11 mpg US (21 L/100 km; 13 mpg imp) for the 455 This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. For sale in our Dallas Fort Worth showroom is a 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge tribute. This black beauty started life as a 242 GTO with a 400 cubic inch engine and a 323 open rear end. But during her full frame off restoration in 2012 she received some major upgrades. The biggest upgrade she received was to her drivetrain. The built 455 cubic inch motor was bored to .60 over with a mild competition cam and hardened valves and seats. Stainless steel headers and brand new exhaust give the new engine a nice rumble. The new engine is paired up with a freshly built turbo 400 transmission mated to a Gearvendor overdrive adapter. That means you have a total a 6 gears to go through on your cruise instead of just 3. The suspension was beefed up to handle all the new power with Hotchkiss TVS suspension in the front and rear of the GTO. The builder didn’t stop at drivetrain upgrades, he went in to the interior and completely upgraded everything. The ice cold air conditioning will blast you out of the car in summer and if that doesn’t then the thumpin’ stereo sure will! Full premier Alpine component stereo system with 3 amplifiers, 10” subwoofer, 6 SPX-17 PRO speakers, cd player with aux inputs, and a remote control to help keep your eyes on the road. If you have been looking for a black GTO then look no further because you just found the cream of the crop here in Dallas. The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge. Here comes the JUDGE with owner stated original number-matching, vin code stamped engine the cars birth. This Ram Air III 4 speed GTO Judge has a PHS sheet for you to verify it status. The window sticker has options for “The Judge”, Safe-T-track, radio P/B, STRG-WHL-C/S, Console, PWR, BRK-DISC, SPG, SHKS-R/H, 4 SPD TRANS, G70X14 WW FG, Mirror-Remot, Gauge-TA CL, PWR STRG-VAR, GLASS-S/R-WS. I will save the pain for the actual original cost of the vehicle. I would take a dozen. This 400ci Ram Air III 4-speed has a rebuilt engine, transmission, and OEM floors professionally done. Few muscle cars made a bolder visual statement than the 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge. "The Judge" decals returned, multihued stripes appeared over the bodyside creases, and the 60-inch rear wing now stood high and proud on the tail. Some Judges also got a matte-black fiberglass chin spoiler. "The Judge," observed Road Test magazine, "is not for people who are shy about being looked at." But there was no shortage of substance here. Both 400-cid V-8s came with functional hood scoops, an under-dash knob that controls air flow. Pontiac made a rear sway bar standard and sharpened handling further with a beefier front bar, softer springs, and revised shock valving. The introduction of variable-ratio power steering also improved response. Transmission choices mirrored those of regular Goats: three-speed manual standard, four-speed and automatic optional, with four-speed Judges getting a Hurst T-handle shifter like this one. The GTO was the original muscle car, and the Judge was GTO at its most extroverted. Options include: Power steering, Power Brakes, Bias Ply tires, Aluminum Rims, Vinyl interior, Seat Belts, and AM/FM radio. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Atlanta showroom at 678-894-4833!

The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1970 Pontiac GTO. I am sure you have a friend who is particular in everything they do. Well this is a car is been loved in that particular way. It is hard to find anything which has not been extremely well taken care or meticulously maintained. The current 13 year owner has made this car his passion and has many photos taken with Chip Foose with the car. The GTO sports all GM sheetmetal and the quarters have been replaced with vintage 70 GM metal by GraveRobbers. All body and paint has been completed Scott Blalock at Blalock Customs in Marietta Georgia. There are plenty of photos of the restoration and build. There is a PHS on this car ready for you to view. This rebuilt 400 with RAM Air III has the original rebuilt TH400 transmission with shift kit. There is no bones about it, this car hauls the mail. The $8,000 single stage plus clear coat cardinal red exterior and medium saddle interior makes this car a show stopper. If you are looking for a car that is top show ready, a bruiser on the street, and has a document build history this is the one you are looking for to put in your garage. How fast do you want to go is equivalent to how much money you have to spend. The GTO blends a little bit of both performance and comfort for the $$. Ask an automotive historian about the pinnacle year for muscle car performance, and 1970 is usually the answer. When GM lifted its cubic-inch limit for midsizes and compacts, Chevrolet, Buick, and Oldsmobile rushed out of the gates with a 454 and 455s that made the Class of 1970 the fastest ever. Pontiac, though, is the exception. While a 455 was introduced for the GTO, it wasn’t the fastest Goat. The 455 GTO was rated at 360 hp, competitive with similar engines in the industry, but Pontiac didn’t put much effort into making it the barnstormers that the LS6, Stage 1, and W-30 were. Two 400s—the Ram Air III and IV—made more horsepower. The 455 didn’t even receive the RA III/IV’s long-branch manifolds. This is an automotive Icon, own one today. Options include: AC, Performance tires, power steering, power brakes, rally wheels, radial tires, vinyl interior, tilt wheel, seat belts. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Atlanta showroom at 678-894-4833!

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this mean 1971 Pontiac GTO Judge tribute for sale. Between the retro styling and the powerful engine, this car is extremely fun to drive. Under the hood of this beauty is a 455 CID V8 that has been hopped up with a rebuild and fuel injection. This sweet powertrain also includes MSD electronic ignition. This engine pulls much harder than one would expect. With a proper set of tires, this car could even be a mean 1/4 mile racer. Sending the power to the rear end is a Muncie 22 four speed manual transmission that shifts correctly through the gears. Overall, this powertrain is bad*** and really gets the car going! Upon entering the car, the driver will be greeted by a clean black interior. This car does not have very many frills, but it is equipped with heat for those colder drives. This sweet ride does also have power steering and power brakes. Overall, the interior is in good condition with a few minor imperfections. Moving outward, the exterior of the car is is finished in copper colored paint and fitted with Judge trim pieces. The paint and trim are in decent condition with some flaws on the front end. Supporting each corner of the car are rally wheels wrapped in radial tires with decent tread life left. Overall, this car looks pretty good and drives even better!
