1953 Chevrolet 150

Engine: 235 Cubic Inch INline 6 Cylinder
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual
Mileage: 97,076 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Tampa showroom is this unique 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air roadster. This machine is sure to draw heads due to its out of the box styling. The 1953 Bel Air is one of the most famous cars there is. Due to the way that the Bel Air shaped the automotive industry for over a decade. The 1953–1954 Chevrolet range had a unique and somewhat awkward look about it and much of this stemmed from its role as a transitional model to introduce a raft of changes that were necessary to pave the way for the introduction of the 1955–1957 range that really established the Bel Air as a cultural icon. The pre-war technology, such as torque tube drive, six-cylinder splash feed engines, knee action suspension, split windshields, etc., of the early models was phased out and the foundations for the first post war modern Chevrolet passenger car were finalized in this 1953–1954 model. The Bel Air series featured a wide chrome strip of molding from the rear fender bulge to the rear bumper. The inside of this stripe was painted a coordinating color with the outside body color, and "Bel Air" scripts were added inside the strip. Lesser models had no model designation anywhere on the car, only having a Chevy crest on the hood and trunk. 1953 was the first year for a curved, one-piece windshield. Which brings us to this unique 53 Chevy Bel Air. The first thing that will jump out at you is that the car has been converted entirely to a roadster. Feel the wind in your hair as you cruise down the highway thanks to the 235 cubic inch inline 6 cylinder and three on the tree manual transmission combo. Everyone will stop and look at the white and blue two-tone style Eastwood paint. Pulling the exterior together a mixture of chrome and white wheels draws your attention. With 97,076 miles this vehicle will be sure to show you enjoyment for some time to come. The grey interior is unique also. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air, please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Engine: 350 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 97,260 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this super awesome sleeper 1969 GMC 1500. Between the clean look and the aggressive powertrain, this is a fun truck. Under the hood of this classic square body is a Weiand supercharged 350 CID V8 engine putting out quite a bit of power. Topping the Weiand blower off is a four-barrel carburetor fitted with an Edelbrock air cleaner. The engine also features Edelbrock valve covers that accent the air cleaner nicely. Sending that boosted power to the rear end is a turbo 350 three-speed automatic transmission that shifts crisply through the gears. Providing cranking power to that big V8 is an Optima Redtop battery for added reliability and power over a traditional lead-acid battery. Sending the exhaust gasses to the rear of the vehicle are stainless steel headers. When it comes time to stop this big truck, the driver will appreciate the power brakes. Moving outward, the truck maintains the sleeper look with original styling. The body is finished in an olive-green paint that is in decent condition. The chrome bumpers and appropriate trim are in good condition also. Supporting each corner of this large truck are steel wheels with polished accents. The bed is covered by a white vinyl cover that is in good condition. Wrapped around those wheels are Firehawk tires with white lettering and good tread life left in them. Upon entering the vehicle, the driver will notice the two-tone green finish. The bench seat is finished in dark green vinyl and is in good condition. Providing comfortable and easy maneuverability is power steering. Overall the truck maintains a very minimalistic feel with some basic amenities and an awesome powertrain. This generation was launched in December 1972 for the 1973 model year. These were the last generation of trucks to use the F-Series chassis introduced in 1965. After a decade as a compact SUV, the Ford Bronco was redesigned as a shortened version of the F-Series. This generation also marks the introduction of the F-150 (introduced in 1975) which today is the most popular model. This generation is noted for the body panels' durability as Ford used extensive amounts of galvanized sheet metal, zinc coated steel, zinc rich primer and fender liners, to fight corrosion. Allowing the 40” tall tires to clear the fenders is an 8” lift and all components chrome plated or polished. The paint is a custom pearl acrylic lacquer with pearl ghost flames that really pop in direct sunlight. After being shown for a couple years this truck was shown locally around the Colorado area and stored indoors. The interior is a set of captains chairs that swivel allowing for easy entrance and exit and enough gauges and switches in the console to rival a 747. Roll up the cover on the bed and you will find a completely carpeted bed with vinyl upholstery on the sides. Up front a stereo was installed with a dry bar and a cooler built in creating what could be the ultimate tailgating rig! This truck is extremely cool and has an awesome history to back. 1978 Ford F150 Ranger

1978 Ford F150 Ranger

Engine: 300 I6
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 69,145 ( actual )

We at Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa are excited to present to you this rustic 1978 Ford F150 Ranger. For 1978, the appearance of the F-Series changed the most since 1972, when the split grille was overhauled in favor of a single-piece grille insert design. Much larger than before, the grille no longer incorporated the headlights, turn signals or the "F O R D" letters. The headlights were located in housings beside the grille, and the park/turn signal lamps were located below them. Additionally, a new chrome-plated letter set reading "F O R D" could now be seen on the hood immediately above the grille. In 1977 (1978 models), the round headlight design was retained for the Custom trim level. A luxury "Lariat" trim was also introduced for 1978; Ranger, Ranger XLT, and Ranger Lariat trim levels incorporated rectangular headlights with optional chrome headlight bezels and the chrome grille insert. Dual Fuel tanks in the bed became standard. For 1979, round headlights were replaced by rectangular ones on all trim levels, and the surrounding grille insert that framed the headlights was now available in either black or chrome to match that of the aluminum grille frame. Also new for 1978 was the option of part- or full-time four-wheel-drive on SuperCab models. Full-time four-wheel drive utilized a chain-driven NP203 transfer case, while part-time four-wheel drive was equipped with a gear-driven NP205. This truck is a piece of history is ready to go to work with its 300 cubic inch straight six cylinder engine mated to an automatic transmission. Options include AC, AM/FM radio, cd player, spare tire, cloth interior and aluminum/alloy wheels. 1984 GMC C1500
S O L D

1984 GMC C1500

Engine: LS1 5.7L V8
Transmission: Other
Mileage: 56,000 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is this modernized and beefy 1984 LS1 powered GMC C-10. One of the irritations with older vehicles is the difficulty of starting a carbureted engine in cold weather, carb tuning and cleaning and general maintenance that goes along with it. The LS1 engine is a modern all aluminum V8 that takes away the headaches of the older designed power plants. Not only is it more reliable, but it is also much better on fuel and allows for generation of big power along with lightweight design. The LS1 is combined with a fantastic and smooth shifting 4L60 transmission. The truck has a posi rear end with 3:42 gearing which allows for great traction and low rpms on the highway. You might want to think of this truck as a modern Trans Am but with the utility of a truck. Best of both worlds! The truck is finished with a white PPG paint and beautiful tan leather interior. It gives the truck a very luxurious feel throughout. Power brakes, power steering, CD player, leather, tilt wheel, alloy wheels and radial tires. All features that you will find on this truck. This is known as the third generation of the Chevrolet/GMC C-10. The third-generation trucks are colloquially known as the "Square-body" or "Box-body" generation. GM's official "Rounded-Line" moniker highlighted the pickup's rounded styling cues that were incorporated into the design. This included rounded windshield corners, rounded corners of the cab roof, rounded-corner doors which cut high into the cab roof eliminating roof height, slanted front fenders, and rounded pickup box corners which allowed for rounded wraparound taillamps, a first for GM pickups. The design also featured strong distinctive curved shoulder lines which rounded out below the beltline. The curved shoulder line continued across the back tailgate on Chevrolet Fleetside and GMC Wideside models. However, the low slope of the hood and rectangular front end of the truck originated the "square/box-body" nickname, which was propagated through truck magazines and word of mouth. GM's design engineers fashioned the "Rounded-line" exterior in an effort to help improve aerodynamics and fuel efficiency, using wind tunnel technology to help them sculpt the body. Other design traits include sleek sculpted body work, an aerodynamic cab with steep windshield rake, and a unique available hidden radio antenna embedded into the windshield glass. You will be hard pressed to find another third generation LS1 powered GMC C-10 that is as nice as this throughout. It has been meticulously built and taken care of. Please reach out to the Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220 to learn more about the truck or to learn about purchase and finance options. You can visit the truck in person at 1910 Cypress Station Dr Suite 200, Houston, TX 77090. To see all the HD pictures and video please go to http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/HOU/1164/1984-GMC-C-10 We look forward to hearing from you!

Inside the cab you will notice a 60/40 bench seat that is extremely comfortable. Look up and you will notice the center overhead console which has been added giving the truck some more storage space. These trucks have seen a resurgence in the classic car market making this good-looking SS a great buy Options for this 1990 Chevrolet 454 SS Pickup Truck include AC, AM/FM/CD, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, tilt wheel, seat belts, cloth interior, radial tire with polished aluminum wheels. They also installed a new camshaft, new plugs, brake booster line, water outlet and thermostat, and rear brake shoes and cylinders. This truck is ready to hit the road and has many years left in it. The truck is sprayed in Onyx Black which was the only color option for 1990 on this truck. Walking around the truck you will find a few minor blemishes as the truck is 28 years old after all. 1990 Chevrolet K1500

Engine: 5.7L V8
Transmission: 5-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 105,427 ( actual )

Milwaukee has an awesome 1990 Chevrolet K1500. It is a stunning Red color with Grey interior. It features a 5.7l backed by a automatic transmission with 4 wheel Drive. It has A/C, cruise control, power windows and door locks. It also features a 3” lift with skid plates. There were eight different versions of the C/K line: Fleetside Single Cab, Fleetside Extended Cab, Fleetside Crew Cab, and Stepside Single Cab models, each in either 2WD (C) or 4WD (K) drive-lines. This extended cab was the first to be offered on a GM pickup. Another significant change was the addition of independent front suspension to all models. Three trim levels were available: Cheyenne, Scottsdale, and Silverado. Engines were a 160 hp (119 kW) 4.3 L V6, a 175 hp (130 kW) 5.0 L V8, a 210 hp (157 kW) 5.7 L V8 and a 6.2 L diesel V8. A 230 hp (172 kW) 7.4 L V8 was available in the 3/4-ton and one-ton trucks. Most of the powertrain were a carryover from the 1987 R/V with fuel injection. To enhance durability the trucks featured extensive use of galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and a fully welded frame with a boxed front section for strength and rigidity.[70] During the development of the GMT400 platform GM designers based their prototypes on the compact GMT325 S-series (S10 and S15/Sonoma) - upon the official release the GMT400 were the first GM vehicles to use an electronic speedometer, and a serpentine accessory drive. Some consider the GMT400 as a scaled up version of the S10/Sonoma with rounded off contours - later incorporated into the second generation S-series. 1994 Ford F150 Lightning

1994 Ford F150 Lightning

Engine: 5.8L EFI H.O. V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 39,071 ( actual )

For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a one owner, low mile 1994 Ford F150 SVT Lightning. This was the second year for the Lightning and it was clear that Chevy was worried as they discontinued their SS 454 Silverado. Excellent job Ford! These have been collector pieces since new and low mileage examples are becoming much more difficult to find. With 39,071 miles and a one owner status, you would be hard pressed to find a better example to add to your collection. Power for the Lightning comes from an SVT built 5.8L 351 that is equipped with GT40 heads, roller camshaft, free flowing exhaust and a special tune. A 4-Speed automatic transmission transfers the power to the rear end that houses 4.10 gears. Wheels were a Lightning only design and were aluminum 17x8 wheels. With 240 horsepower and a stump pulling 340 lbs./ft. of torque, there's no trouble melting the rear tires if one chooses to do so. An interesting factoid for this particular Lightning is that is was equipped from the factory with dual 34.7 gallon fuel tanks. The odometer reads 39,071, which represents the actual mileage on the truck. 1997 Ford F150

1997 Ford F150

Engine: 4.6L Triton V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 36,015 ( actual )

For sale in our Detroit Showroom is a super cool and very unique Ford F-150. This 1997 F-150 is not your average single cab, short bed pick-up. This F-150 has been transformed into a NASCAR style truck that performs like it should. The concept of pickup truck racing started in 1983 when former NASCAR driver Buck Baker established the National Pickup Truck Racing Association to help Buck Baker Driving School graduates start their careers. The series, which did not plan to have a points system, had a ten-race schedule planned with intentions to sell the series to NASCAR. The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (formerly the NASCAR SuperTruck Series presented by Craftsman and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series) is a pickup truck racing series owned and operated by the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, and is the only series in all of NASCAR to race modified production pickup trucks. This F-150 allows you to feel like you belong on an oval track with the pedal to the metal. Powering this lightweight pickup truck is a Triton 4.6L V8 paired to a 4 speed automatic column shift transmission. The stout V8 is equipped with a K&N Cold Air induction system, SVO Headers, Borla mufflers and a tuned ECU for more aggressive driving. The suspension has also been addressed to drastically reduce body roll and help this F-150 stay planted. With 36,015 miles, this F-150 will turn the odometer over a few more times before you decide to part ways with this one. This awesome truck is ready for some good climate and a fun cruise. All decals are removable and the interior remains original and stock.
