For sale in our Milwaukee Showroom is a numbers-matching 1952 Nash Rambler with 83,098 actual miles. Born and bred in Colorado, this vehicle was purchased from an estate sale three years ago and a myriad of mechanical work was performed on the vehicle since owning it. Some of the work includes: completely overhauled engine, cleaned gas tank and new sending unit, new front and rear motor mounts, cleaned and repaired radiator. There’s simply too much work done to list, but it all adds up to a 6-Volt Flathead I6 that purrs beautifully. The three-speed overdrive manual transmission puts power to the wheels with ease, creating an elegant ‘50s cruiser.
In addition to being mechanically sound, the body and interior were redone as well. The basic body never rusted and there was minor rust repair done and it was repainted original colors. The bumpers were re-chromed and NOS bottom body belting, trunk handle, and script. As for the interior, it was also gone through completely and restored as close to factory specs as possible, keeping it as close to the original grey and black as possible. This Rambler looks like it rolled out of a time machine!
With this vehicle comes with pages of paperwork highlighting the intensive work that went into making this Rambler what it is today. It gives you the peace of mind you want when investing in a vehicle of this age, and it’s one worth making.
