For sale in our Milwaukee Showroom is an impressive, two-tone blue 1934 Chevrolet Standard. With this street rod, simplicity is the name of the game. Equipped with a 1992 2.44L I4 Oldsmobile Quad 4 engine and Mazda M5OD 5-speed manual transmission, it’s an incredibly reliable and simple build that is still an absolute blast to drive. When the engine was installed, the engine was gone through to ensure that it runs just as it should. The head gasket was replaced, as well as the head gasket bolts, and also the rods and main bearings. Pair that with the crisp shifting of the 5-speed, and you’ve got a vehicle that’s an absolute blast to tool around in.
In addition to the powertrain, the suspension is just a concise and well-built as the rest. In the rear sits a Chevrolet 10-bolt rear end and triangulated 4-link rear suspension. While in the front, lays a JW Rod Garage tubular MII Independent Front Suspension. This combination of well-done suspension work and powertrain upgrades creates one unique street rod, unlike any other you will see. In addition to mechanical work, this Chevrolet is also equipped with power windows, keyless entry, tilt wheel, and a 1000-Watt, MP3 stereo system.
This hot rod is located in our Milwaukee showroom.
