This absolutley beautiful 1963 Ford Falcon Sprint Tribute is for sale in our Louisville Showroom. This 1963 Falcon was purchased by the current owners with the intention of just needing to paint the car and it was ready to go. While the mechanicals of this car had been taken care of by the previous owner, when the car was delivered from New Mexico, it was apparent that the body would need to be reworked. The Good news was that the little Falcon came with a fresh 302 CID Crate engine from Five Star Engine & Cylinder Head Exchange that is rated at 320 horsepower! An Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor with aluminum intake has been added to insure plenty of fuel is fed to this healthy 302. The 4-speed manual transmission was rebuilt and will be able to handle the grunt of the new engine. A new interior had also been purchase by the previous but had not been installed. This would be completed after the body work ( for a 2nd time) and paint work were completed. In 1963, a Falcon could be ordered with a vinyl top option. The seats are Black and Red with the Falcon Sprint logo in the center of each seat. The steering wheel is an original Mustang Steering wheel that has been reworked to compliment the Falcon Sprint interior. A center console has been added to store items, and provide a place to hold your favorite beverage while cruising around in this beauty. The large white 4-speed shifter knob is a nice finishing touch. A set of Equus gauges have been added to monitor critical functions which include; fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, water temperature , speed and mileage. The weather stripping , small interior parts (knobs, handles) were all order new. On the outside, all new trim work, chrome lettering and chrome bumpers were purchased. The current owners decided in order to do this car justice, it would need to be completely disassembled, all body panels reworked, painted then reassembled. Ragoon Red was applied to all the body panels and fenders. The white vinyl top really sets this Falcon off from others. With over $30000.00 in receipts, which go with this Falcon Sprint Tribute, it is easy to see why it is a trophy winner. This 1963 Ford Falcon Sprint Tribute includes; AM/FM radio, seat belts, 14 Inch Chrome Mustang GT wheels (with Cap & Beauty Rings) wrapped in Uniroyal Radial tires. This 1963 Ford Falcon Sprint Tribute can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.
