For sale in our Fort Lauderdale Showroom is this amazing 1971 Land Rover Series 2A. It all started in Amsterdam, Netherlands when Land Rover presented their first truck, the Land Rover Series 1. It was a great success and in the mid ‘50s the decision was made that the Land Rover series will continue on with the Series 2 and Series 2A. The Series 2 and 2a are very difficult to distinguish. There were some minor cosmetic changes, but the most significant change was under the hood. Many consider the Land Rover Series 2A to be the toughest, most durable Series model constructed. It is also the type of classic Land Rover that features strongly in the general public’s perception of the Land Rover. The Series 2A model has made many appearances in film and TV documentaries set in Africa throughout the ‘60’s like the ever popular British film “Born Free”. This 1971 Land Rover Series 2A is not only iconic, but extremely unique as well. Just take a look at how the steel Flat Bed adds to the rugged look of this go anywhere, do anything classic vehicle. It’s no wonder why Land Rovers are extremely popular on almost every continent. This Land Rovers options include: Seat Belts, Leather Interior. When it comes to these classic SUVs less is more.
