The owner of a Detroit department store Joseph L Hudson, founded the company with eight other Detroit entrepreneurs and businessmen on February 20th, 1909 Which would sell for less than $1000.00. This amazing company lead the car industry and many of the firsts. These included dual breaks, the use of dashboard oil pressure and generator warning lights, and the first balanced crankshaft. Which allowed the Hudson Straight Six engine (Super Six) to work at a higher rotation speed while remaining smooth and providing more power for its size. Just like in this stunning Hudson, the Super six was the first engine built by the Hudson Automobile company. Along with the inline 6 it also features a 3 speed manual transmission, Leather interior, Wooden Wire Wheels wrapped in White Wall Tires. This stunning car had recent frame off restorations done in 2010. Along with the addition of dual carburetors, Aluminum Radiator and eclectic fuel pump.
