Originating out of California, there is only one previous owner on this stunning Toronado! This classic Oldsmobile features a 455 cubic inch big block engine with plenty of torque and is connected to an automatic transmission providing smooth transmissions between gears. 1969 is the 3rd year of the very first generation of the personal luxury car that ran all the way up until 1992. The first generation has become the most sought after out of all for its timeless styling and drive train. This Toronado specifically has been well cared for and, before bringing it to sell, was tuned up nicely for the next owner. It was repainted back to the original brown exterior in 2016, all of the brakes were replaced and freshened up, new tires were installed, the carburetor rebuilt, and the doors weather stripping replaced. When you slide into the interior and take your position behind the wheel, you will be taken back to a different time. The unique speedometer rolls around as you drop it into gear and start to accelerate. The ride is smooth, quiet, and extraordinarily comfortable. The freshly upholstered interior is like the way it would have come in 1969. This well kept Toronado makes the perfect classic cruiser and is reliable enough for a long Sunday afternoon cruise or just a short jaunt down to the local drive in. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1969 Oldsmobile Toronado in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Check out this gorgeous bright atlantic blue 1998 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra with only 88,340 miles on the odometer! The owner just recently returned from a 3,800 mile road trip and had zero hiccups with the great performance of this car. Thanks largely to the meticulous maintenance that has been performed on this car. Just in the past two years this car has had the following work done. 2016: Cleaned air filter, new stock clutch (including pressure plate, pilot bearing, throw-out bearing, everything you're supposed to replace with the clutch), replaced fuel pump, replaced battery, power steering fluid flush, Brake fluid flush, coolant flush, replaced shocks and struts, alignment performed. In 2017 they replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner, replaced radio buttons, old buttons were faded so they got a donor radio and swapped out the buttons, most recent oil change at 87,000 miles, always full synthetic. The car also has a new exhaust system from the headers back, installed in May of 2017. A BBK off-road X pipe, followed by an SLP Loudmouth I catback. It has a great modern muscle car sound to it. The only other modifications to the car are a K&N air filter and clear side marker lights put on by the previous owner, and the classic cue-ball shift knob. This car does include a Cobra bra to help protect the front end of the car if you wish to use it. There are numerous receipts that will be included with the car to help tell it’s history of being so well taken care of. This car has never been driven in snow, and it rarely sees rain. The finish has also been maintained well with regular waxing, and was recently clay barred a few months back. Speaking of the paint, it's a super rare color, only 563 Cobra coupes were made in this color, and only in '98. It's a shame, because I think it's the best color on any SN95 Mustang! . Only 85952 original miles on her. Hop inside and turn the key, the futuristic fully digital dash comes to life. Pull the top off and let the wind blow through your hair as you cruise down the road in style. The Chevrolet Corvette, known colloquially as the Vett or Chevy Corvette, is a sports car manufactured by Chevrolet. The car has been produced through seven generations. The first model, a convertible, was introduced at the GM Motorama in 1953 as a concept show car. Myron Scott is credited for naming the car after the type of small, maneuverable warship called a corvette. Originally built in Flint, Michigan and St. Louis, Missouri, the Corvette is currently manufactured in Bowling Green, Kentucky and is the official sports car of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. he fourth generation Corvette was the first complete redesign of the Corvette since 1963. Production was to begin for the 1983 model year but quality issues and part delays resulted in only 43 prototypes for the 1983 model year being produced that were never sold. All the 1983 prototypes were destroyed or serialized to 1984 except one with a white exterior, medium blue interior, L83 350 CID, 205 HP V8, and 4-speed automatic transmission. After extensive testing and modifications were completed, it was initially retired as a display sitting in an external wall over the Bowling Green Assembly Plant's employee entrance. Later this only surviving 1983 prototype was removed, restored and is now on public display at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It is still owned by GM. On February 12, 2014, it was nearly lost to a sinkhole which opened under the museum. Eight other Corvettes were severely damaged. Originally owned by the Arizona Department of agriculture and horticulture, this 1954 Chevrolet 3100 is a true piece of history! After many years of use in the field though it needed some TLC to bring it back into shape. So the current owner within the last year had the straight six engine pulled and was rebuilt by an aerospace machinist. While all of this was being done the body was getting worked on to straighten it out and get it prepped for the new brown paint job it was about to receive. The interior was pulled and reupholstered. The very rare split seat that was special ordered was in great shape and was able to be reused keeping this truck very authentic. With the engine build complete and the body, paint and upholstery finished, the engine was paired up again with the vehicle, new tires were installed, and the vehicle was once again road worthy! This truck runs and drives great and will bring you back to an era when trucks were made for utility. The 1954 3100 was a one-year body style and even more rare to find with such a unique history! If you are looking for a classic pickup that you can make your own or that has an incredible history this is an excellent option! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. If you are looking for a low mileage 1968 Ford Galaxie 500XL with a big block, look no further!
