For sale in our Houston showroom is a gorgeous 1987 Buick Regal Grand National. By the late 1980s, the muscle car era was done. The gas crisis caused the end of high horsepower V8s and the few domestic muscle cars that remained were so strangled with emissions equipment, that the horsepower ratings were embarrassing. Even the Corvettes of the late 1980s barely squeaked over 200 horsepower. GM made a step in the right direction with their revolutionary Turbocharged V6 Grand National. This 3.8 Liter gem, with the help of its turbocharger churns out 245 horsepower and a massive 355 lb ft of torque. With its 4-speed automatic transmission, his torque monster could rocket the 3500 pound GN to 60 miles per hour in less than 6 seconds and on to finish a 1/4 mile in about 14 seconds. Finished in a sinister gloss black exterior paint, and with gray and black two-tone interior, the GN is a sharp looking beast as well. This one is showing less than 51,800 miles on the odometer and looks great. This car has cold air conditioning and a working heater, power steering and brakes, power windows, power locks, AM/FM radio with a CD player, horn, seat belts, courtesy lights, power seats and even a spare tire. Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this clean 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. The ‘68 Camaro is a desirable and stylish classic American muscle car the is still very well known today. This Camaro is powered by a strong running 350 CID V8. For a little more fun the transmission has been changed over to a T10 4-speed manual transmission. All the power is driven to the tires through the 12-bolt rear end. This car is fully capable of smoking the tires or cruising down the interstate whichever you prefer. The bulk of this restoration was done by the previous owner but has still be well maintained through the years. The car also features an aluminum Griffin radiator and ensures the engine remains nice and cool while sitting in the hot summer heat. Going around the car you will find it’s been coated in a nice white on blue paint and shows well. The paint even going into the engine bay make this beauty show worthy. All the chrome trim, and badging is in great condition as well. The car sits on the ICONIC Cragar wheels and features front disk brakes with drums in the rear. The interior on the car is in great condition. The black vinyl seats are in like new condition with no major rips or tears. The dash has been accented nicely with the wood grained center control panel. The additional Stewart-Warner gauges allow you to monitor the cars performance a little closer as well. The inline 6 that used to come in these trucks was very low in power, especially when you are trying to keep up with modern day traffic. This engine is much better suited to this sort of vehicle. Now for sale in the Houston showroom is this beautiful, one of few, 2005 Ford Thunderbird Cashmere 50th anniversary car! A very rare and well kept example of future classic by Ford. Covering just 39,119 miles since it rolled off of the production line in Wixom Michigan. The car debuted at the Miami Auto Show in November of 2004. Job 1 for this edition was scheduled for Jan 3, 2995. Only 1500 scheduled to be built. It started showing up at dealers in late January and customer homes by February. This one is powered by a 280hp 3.9l AJ-35 V8 engine. The engine was mated to Ford's 5R55N 5-speed automatic transmission. The AJ-30 V8 was replaced by the AJ-35 in 2003 and later Thunderbirds, bringing with it variable valve timing (VVT) and electronic throttle control (ETC) as well as 280 horsepower (210 kW) and 286 lb⋅ft (388 N⋅m) of torque. Complementing the extra power and torque provided by the AJ-35 V8, a manual shift feature for the 5-speed automatic called SelectShift was available as an option in 2003 and later Thunderbirds. With sales dropping off significantly after its first model year, Ford decided to make the 2005 model year the Thunderbird's last with no scheduled successor. The last one rolled off the assembly line on July 1, 2005. The Thunderbird was a fantastic vehicle. A luxury personal vehicle that was amazing to drive and extremely comfortable. Dealerships marking them up way over MSRP ultimately plagued the cars. It is thought to have caused the demise of the Thunderbird. However, this is your chance to pick one of the very limited Cashmere/Cashmere cars. This car was originally sold in Woodland Hills California. The commemorative 50th Anniversary features a gorgeous Cashmere tri-coat metallic paint with matching removable top and Medium Light Stone cloth convertible top and soft boot. 16 spoke, 17-inch wheels with Cashmere accented hub ring match the paint. It has a coordinated Cashmere, Stone and Soft Gold interior package including full leather Cashmere seats and Cashmere trimmed lower instrument panel, floor console and door armrests. The scoop bezel is chrome on this car. The first time since the Neiman Marcus Edition. In the trunk you will find the Hardtop cart, Hardtop cover, beige floor mats, license plate bracket and Mylar tape kit. Inside the car you will find the owner’s manual with case and an ashtray/coin cup. Features include: A/C, AM/FM radio, convertible top, hardtop, spare tire, cruise control, heated seats, power brakes, power steering, power locks, jack, power windows, tilt and telescopic wheel, power mirrors, driver and passenger airbag, leather interior, radial tires and aluminum alloy wheels. Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this powerful 1973 Chevrolet Corvette. Imagine yourself driving to a car show in this head-turning! car show winning/ gas wasting/ screaming corvette. I promise you will stop everyone in their tracks! This car is a "one off" custom award winning c3 corvette. It placed 2nd at the 2016 Houston Autorama in the "Mild Sport Custom" class and 2nd at the 2016 Corvette Expo in Galveston, TX (Custom C3 class) and has won first place at several local car shows. This was factory J Code L-48 but was replaced with the desirable 427 Turbo Jet out of a ’69 Corvette. The engine was rebuilt only 5,000 miles ago and runs like a champ. It has cast iron ported and polished heads, a freshly rebuilt B&M supercharger that makes 5-6lbs of boost and adds about 150-175hp. Other items include a Demon 850CFM carb, Lunati Blower Cam, 1" % headers with straight pipe 3" exhaust (no mufflers) with polished stainless-steel tips. It is loud from behind, but inside the car it sounds "just right" Brand new water pump, aluminum radiator with electric variable speed fans, new power steering pump, new power steering cylinder. Custom polished aluminum "427 Turbo Jet" valve covers. This mean machine has a new TCI 3 speed automatic turbo 400 with a 3500rpm stall converter and a strong shift kit from Summit Racing. It has a posi-trac rear end and believed to have 3:70 gearing. This car is a blast to drive! It will throw you back in your seat, smoke the tires then hook up and go if you try. The brakes are freshly rebuilt disc brakes with new master cylinder. The body of the car is slightly different from the factory as this one features custom 3 1/2 " rear fender flares, 2 1/2" flares in the front. Body has been shaved to delete all the emblems (although 1 have all the correct emblems brand new in a box if you want to put them on). It has been repainted in January of 2018 with a pearl yellow with shredded chrome metal flake in the paint. Looks amazing in the sunlight. Brand new polished aluminum side skirt panels. The car sits on brand new BF -Goodrich Radial T &A's with less than 500 miles on them (no hum outs) Rear size is 295/50115 (about 14" wide) Front size is 205/60/15 (about 6" wide) Brand new Torque Thrust 2 polished aluminum rims. Moving to the Interior you will find brand new custom interior done by “Advanced Auto Upholstery” seats, carpet throughout with dynamat) All gauges and radio work however the speakers could be replaced. Custom steering wheel, brand new polished aluminum kick plates, original dash and door panels. Other Mods: Electric Pop-Up Headlight Conversion (replaces old vacuum actuated system), new custom corvette steering wheel, painted removable cover for windshield wipers.
