Transmission: TH400
Mileage: 922 ( undocumented )

Our Detroit showroom is proud to feature this gorgeous 1954 Ford Skyliner. The 1954 Ford is in beautiful condition inside and out. The ’54 Ford runs on a great running Pontiac 350 CID V8 built by Hi Performance Auto with a TH 400 automatic transmission backing it up. This 1954 looks incredible, gleaming in the sun with the cream paint which is offset by the glass roof and the brilliant chrome trim. The fact that this Skyliner has an engine with just 5,00 miles has made this vehicle stand out amongst the great cars of its kind and leaving many more years of life left in this great classic Ford. As you sit in the driver’s seat and grab a hold of the original steering wheel, the look of the polished aircraft inspired dashboard takes you back in time. Options on the 1954 Ford include: AM/FM stereo, hub caps with white wall radial tires to insure a smooth ride, and a beautiful vinyl interior that is as comfortable as your living room couch, power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, and seat belts. 1969 Buick GS 400 Stage 1

1969 Buick GS 400 Stage 1

Engine: 455 CID 4BBL V8
Transmission: TH400
Mileage: 10,000 ( since rebuilt )

Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer this amazing 1969 Buick GS 400 Stage 1. The Stage 1 was a bit of a humble legend in the muscle car world when it arrived. Although its GM brethren motor divisions were producing cars like GTO, Chevelle SS and 4-4-2’s, that didn't mean Buick was standing pat. In fact, the GS 400 got standard functional hood scoops for '69, something none of its higher-profile corporate siblings had. The "Cool Air" induction system used a twin-snorkel air cleaner with two foam muffs that sealed against the scoop openings. Some local circles even dubbed the car “The Judge Killer”. New for 1969 were the Stage 1 and Stage 2 options on these iconic muscle cars. Stage 1 boosted output to 345 bhp. It had a high-lift cam, 11.0:1 compression instead of 10.25:1, a special carburetor and fuel pump, and larger low-restriction exhausts. The original, numbers matching engine for this GS Stage 1 sits on an engine stand and will come with the GS if you decide to add this beauty to your collection. Currently under the hood is a 1971 455cid that has been completely rebuilt to Stage 1 specs with roughly 10,000 miles on the overhaul. Power is paired to a TH400 floor mounted automatic and spins the 3:42 Posi rear end to translate power to pavement. This GS 400 Stage 1 is only 1 of 832 automatic’s ever built and with power steering and power brakes, it makes this muscle car a blast to drive. All brake components have been addressed and rebuilt for reliability and drivability. You can confidently drive this Buick anywhere although its main use was as a fair-weather cruiser. The GS 400 Stage 1 is dressed in Crystal Blue which accents all of the restored chrome with a touch of luxury and class. The interior is a place of comfort just as Buick intended and provides great options like tilt wheel and extremely comfortable bucket seats with a console. Buick rallyes look mirror like and even the clock works on this beauty. If you’ve been looking for an iconic muscle car that you can drive and enjoy, this is likely your best candidate. Check it out at www.GatewayClassicCars.com or call to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff at 313.982.3100. Email us at Detroit@GatewayClassicCars.com for more information.
