Up for sale in the Fort Lauderdale showroom is this stunning 1937 Buick Roadmaster Phaeton. Buick shocked the experts in 1937 by unveiling a new line that was even bigger, better, more beautiful and faster than ever before. The rarest and top of the line convertible was this model 80 C, produced in very limited numbers of 1,020, and consequently the most sought after today. This is perhaps the very best of the few survivors and is a stunning AACA national and senior first place winner. The current restoration was completed in 1988. At that time it went on the the AACA show circuit and won the junior national award in Duluth Minnesota in June of 1988. It then went on to further showings and won the senior national award in Mason City Iowa in August of 1988. In 1992 the vehicle was sold to a private museum and well cared for where it remained until 1999. Since then, under private ownership, the car has been used for occasional shows and personal driving pleasure. Options include manual convertible top, spare tire, hub caps, leather interior and white wall tires. Take a step back in time with this gorgeous Buick Roadmaster! This un-restored 1937 survivor has been in storage the majority of its life and driven on a limited basis since 2000. The 320 engine, transmission and interior are all original. Minor updates were done including a rebuilt starter, master cylinder and new battery. This time capsule would be a great starting point for a full restoration or enjoyed as is. Included are wonderful bits of documentation such as the owner’s manual and lubrication chart. The Buick Roadmaster traces its roots back to the 1931-33 Buick “Series 80” upper level trim package for their long wheelbase model. In 1936, the “Series 80 Roadmaster” was introduced to celebrate the engineering improvements and design advancements over the 1935 models. The valve-in-head straight-eight engines were updated and a big 320cid ,120 hp beast was the top of the line. In 1937, a new carburetor and revised camshaft raised this figure to 130 hp. The engine also received a new intake manifold, oil pump and cooling system. The transmission is a 3-speed sliding shift manual. Styling updates included a divided grille with horizontal bars and a center section painted to match the body of the car. This beautiful Roadmaster is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.

This 1992 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The origins of the Roadmaster name date back to 1936 when Buick added it to their entire line up. Taken out of Buicks line up the namesake would not return until 1991 with the Estate Wagon. Based on the full-size rear wheel drive B platform sales would see a huge increase selling almost 10 times as many cars VS the previous year. This 92 is a great example of these classic wagons. The paint is original with the light blue being one of the more desirable colors. The woodgrain running down the side is classic Roadmaster and still shows extremely well. Many say the reason for these being so successful was the V8 engine under that long-rounded hood. This one retains its original L05 V8 which was rated at 180HP and the precursor to the now legendary LT1. The 4l60 transmission shifts out nice and smooth with the OD giving the ability to run 70 on the highway while keeping the RPM’s down. Open the door and a very clean and original blue leather interior compliments the exterior nicely. Have a seat behind the wheel as you begin to sink in it is easy to see why many say these are the most comfortable cars they ever drove. The suspension is soft giving the car that classic floating feel. The highway of course is where these wagons shine and especially when cruising down the open road. The ones in the back seat get the real treat with the moonroof allowing for clear views of the sky above. If you have been thinking about going with a cross-over vehicle but want to be a little different this 1992 Buick Roadmaster Wagon is the perfect fit. Options on this 1992 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon include; AC, AM/FM/Cassette, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Brakes, Power Seat, Seat Belts, Power Locks, Tilt, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Hub Caps, and Radial Tires.
