1968 Dodge Charger

1968 Dodge Charger

Engine: 528 CID V8 Hemi
Transmission: 5-Speed Manual
Mileage: 341 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is honored to be the consignment showroom within the GCC network to sell this absolutely astounding 1968 Dodge Charger, built in the pro street style by Muscle Car Restorations in Wisconsin. They're a well-known shop, particularly for Mopars. Starting with a rust-free California car purchased in 2001, the car was sent to the Midwest for its transformation, which MCR completed after six years and 2800 hours! All of the latest hardware was used to make this Charger one of the nicest (and nastiest) modified Mopars ever built. This '68 has been featured in several magazines and has even made an appearance at the Playboy Mansion.Under the hood lurks some serious power with a Mopar 528 crate Hemi engine that has been modified with Keith Black components. Transmitting all 640 ponies (650 ft lbs torque) to the narrowed, Detroit Locker-equipped 9" rear axle is a Tremec 5-speed transmission with gears selected by a modified original Hurst Pistol Grip shifter. Putting the power to the ground is a one-off set of Boyd's custom wheels. One of the trick features on this muscular Dodge, among countless mods done on the car, is the toggle switch hidden under the LH part of the steering column. Flipped one direction, the horn is activated, flip it the other way, you've got Line-locks! This car also has 4 wheel Wilwood brakes, 5 point seat belts, trunk mounted fuel cell, custom dash with built in shift light and much more. To duplicate this car today would cost in excess of $250,000-plus. This baby's ready to rock and has had all of the bugs worked out. It runs, shifts, handles, brakes, and performs like a new car. You'll love this car! Rememer, yesterday's thinkers are today's buyers. To see 100-plus pictures and a video of this 1968 Dodge Charger pro touring, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. "Both the Challenger and Barracuda were available in a staggering number of trim and option levels" and were intended "to compete against cars like the Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang, and to do it while offering virtually every engine in Chrysler's inventory. The performance model was the R/T (Road/Track), with a 383 cu in (6.28 L) "Magnum" V8, rated at 335 bhp; 300 bhp for 1971, due to a drop-in compression. In 1972, the R/T badging was dropped and these models were called "Rallye", although they were never badged as such. The Rallye model featured a faux brake vent on the fenders. The shaker hood scoop was not available after 1971. The same year this car rolled off the assembly line the world's first jumbo-jet, the Boeing 747, has its first commercial flight on January 22nd of 1970. No expense was spared on this resto-mod. 1970 Dodge Charger

1970 Dodge Charger

Engine: 440-6 V8
Transmission: 727 Automatic
Mileage: 1,149 ( undocumented )

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a showroom condition, 1970 Dodge Charger restored as a tribute to the record setting Dodge Charger Daytona. Dodge Daytona’s, also known as the "Winged Warriors", did not compete for long in NASCAR's top Cup series. On the next season of NASCAR, the executives banned aero specs on cars with engines bigger than 300 Cubic inches. Because of their exceptional speed and performance, NASCAR subsequently changed the rule book, effectively banning all four of the Aero Cars from Dodge, Ford, Mercury, and Plymouth from competition by the end of 1970. The Daytona's short-lived NASCAR career makes these vehicles a piece of history, both in Americana sense as well as engineering. This Charger, now fresh after a restoration, has just 1,149 miles. Under the hood you'll find a 440 6-pack big block backed by a 727 TorqueFlite 3-spd automatic transmission. This drivetrain puts power to ground through an 8 3/4 rear-end with 3.23 SureGrip gears. Options include: AC, AM radio(not operable), spare tire, jack, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior, rally wheels and raised white letter radial tires. The rear tires are: BF Goodrich Radial TA 255/60/15. Front: BF Goodrich Radial TA 235/60/15. The thorough restoration was meticulous and consisted of taking the body off the frame and powder coating front end components as well as the K-frame. Original gauges were sent off and refurbished and look great! Heck, the clock is working wonderfully! Just closing the door of a classic you can usually tell the quality of the work performed. These doors shut effortlessly and line up! Looking underneath the vehicle you can tell attention to detail was important to this builder. The biggest benefit someone can obtain here is saving thousands on their own restoration while enjoying a piece of history without worrying about depreciating a true Daytona. It's a win-win. To view this vehicle in greater detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com or our St. Louis showroom. Please call 618-271-3000 for more information!

1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee

1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee

Engine: 440 CID V8 Six Pack
Transmission: 727 Torqueflite
Mileage: 43,795 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars is honored to present this 1969 ½ Dodge A-12 M-code Super Bee. Let's start off by defining the word rare. Rare by definition means, “not found in large numbers” or, “unusually good or remarkable.” Well… RARE is the perfect word to explain this A12 M-code “Killer” Super Bee. With a full restoration performed less than six months ago, this Super Bee is turnkey and ready to go. You may ask yourself what is so unique about this 1969 ½ Dodge Super Bee. I’m glad you asked. An A12 M-code MoPar car drastically sets itself apart from the typical “Muscle Cars.” A12 M-code cars were like the Arnold Schwarzenegger of “Muscle Cars.” They were pure, pumped up, menacing, high-performance vehicles that swarmed at every opportunity to sting the competition that dared to get in its way. A12 cars were offered with a 440 cubic-inch monster motor, adorned with a “Six-Pack” (three two-barrel carburetors). M-code cars were a special order package that equipped these outstanding cars with a Dana 60 axle with 4:10 gear ratio, heavy-duty automatic and a “lift-off” flat black scooped hood. The A12 package did not stop there. It also includes heavy-duty internal engine parts, black steel rims with high-performance G-70 15 inch tires, and heavy-duty 11-inch drum brakes. This is a “Numbers Matching” 1969 ½ Dodge Super Bee with all the correct matching components an A12 M-code car is suppose to have as stated above. With only 45,000 documented miles this jewel is a superb investment. You can make this a centerpiece in your collection. There were only 1,487 Super Bee two-door Hardtops built in 1969 for the U.S. market with a 440 six-barrel 390 horsepower engine. Of those, 826 were built with a A833 4-speed manual transmission and 661 constructed with an A727 3-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission. This is one of the 661 A727 automatics. No one truly knows how many of these ultra-rare cars are still in existence, but we know not all of them made it this far. Some found their destiny with the “car crusher.” Others rotted away in fields, and some are still hiding behind barn doors. This Super Bee was found in Fort Morgan, Colorado like many other “Muscle Cars” sitting in a barn locked away from the public. The car is a true “Vitamin C” Orange code, offset by black vinyl bucket seat interior. Options include AM Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires, Posi Traction. This 1969 ½ Dodge A-12 M-code Super Bee is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information, please call our knowledgeable staff at (813)645-6200 or email us at Tampa@GatewayClassicCars.com. This is the car you want if you’re looking for comfort, style and big Hemi power. The Coronet reappeared for the 1965 model year as the intermediate sized B-body car using a 117 inche wheel base. When reintroduced in this 5th generation it was the biggest selling vehicle Dodge made that year! This is the 2-door hardtop version of the car which is one of the most desirable of the period. In 1966 Coronet received a redesign and you started to be able to get the 426 hemi as an option. The 440 Magnum that was in the R/T produced 375hp but the 426 Hemi pushed out a whopping 425hp! An incredible powerplant that has to be driven to truly appreciate. This is a numbers matching vehicle that even has the blue stripe tires that were only available from Mopar, only available for the Hemi and only available in 1966! Super rare stuff we are talking about here. This engine and transmission were rebuilt 27,000 miles ago when the car just went over 100,000 miles. The 426 Hemi goes through the factory automatic transmission and ends up at the 3.08 limited slip rear end. The exterior is a beautiful red color which looks excellent with the white vinyl interior. Features include an AM radio, spare tire, power brakes, power steering, jack and a spare tire. Rally whiles and the blue stripe bias ply tires really set the car off nicely. 1946 Dodge Power Wagon

1946 Dodge Power Wagon

Engine: 230 CID I6
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 2,000 ( since rebuilt )

Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer a one-of-a-kind and super rare 1946 Dodge Power Wagon! The famous Dodge Power-Wagon was a civilian adaptation of a four-wheel drive, 3/4-ton military vehicle which Dodge built in great numbers during World War II. The civilian version, which was first offered in 1946, was rated as a one-ton but was capable of carrying a 3000 pound payload in off-highway service. Dodge engineered the Power-Wagon to be a self-propelled powerplant, and it was capable of a wide range of industrial and agricultural applications. A transmission power-take-off was available (present here) for driving various items of auxiliary equipment. Our example features a PTO driven winch that looks like it could pull a mountain! There is no better color combination than the Military Green and Black which really give an appeal you can only find on a Power Wagon. With only 2,000 miles on this fresh restoration, this 230cid I-6 can perform to its full potential no matter how you plan on using it. These Power Wagon’s are not something you usually see on the road but if you dare, this one is road ready and can be driven in a parade or to a local show. It may take you a little longer than expected, but this Power Wagon will get you their safely and plow thru anything in its way. The only way to get an idea of how big this truck is would be to come gaze at it in person at our Detroit showroom located at 15000 Commerce Dr N in Dearborn Michigan. 1970 Dodge Challenger

1970 Dodge Challenger

Engine: 440 CID V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 2,878 ( since rebuilt )

Through the years of fans and enthusiasts, certain automotive terminology tends to build its own appeal. For example, in most gearheads' minds the term "Plum Crazy" recalls one of Chrysler's most creative and confident eras. "R/T", short for Road/Track, invokes visions of muscle cars prowling small town streets. "Dana 60" or "Scat Pak" incites visions of late-night stoplight brawls and octane-fueled quarter-miles. And who could forget "Hemi", the incredible V8 that led Chrysler through an era of epic performance. If you are looking for first class Mopar muscle then look no further than this 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T 440 Six Pack car sporting the iconic Plum Crazy purple paint on the exterior with black vinyl top. Being 1 of only 847 Challengers in 1970 to have the 440 Six Pack mated to a 4 speed manual adds even more excitement to owning this classic piece of American muscle. Given its resurgence in popularity, no doubt aided by the current LC-based version, the Challenger is considered by some to be the quintessential American muscle car: a status that naturally invokes an aggressive and exciting aesthetic. At the front of this Challenger, a 1970-exclusive grille hangs an unmistakable "Challenger R/T" badge between pristine headlights, amber parking lamps and a mirrored bumper. Behind that grille, a pinned, Hemi-branded hood props bold "D O D G E" lettering in front of clean glass that is framed in correct stainless and capped by correct vinyl. At the sides of that hood, a sculpted profile hangs correct R/T stripes amid fresh rocker trim, flush door handles, a correct mirror and ornate ""Challenger"" scripts. And at the back of the car, a stainless-trimmed valence centers body-width taillights and more ""D O D G E"" lettering between a second ""Challenger R/T"" badge, a second mirrored bumper and correct, quad-outlet exhaust tips. Open this coupe's light hood and you'll find the legendary, 440 cubic inch Hemi that, while not original to the car, is a date-correct piece that has been professionally rebuilt and maintained to keep it’s nostaligic looks and performance. All of the 390 horses reside in a glossy Hemi Orange block. And exhaust is handled by correct, low-restriction exhaust manifolds that feed an H-shaped crossover. Slide under this spotless E-Body and you'll find a solid chassis that's ready for the turntable. Satin Black paint highlights exceptionally clean floors that have been finished to better-than-new condition. Behind the Hemi, lives the original 4 speed manual transmission to the car that is tight and shifts like new. Helping transfer all of this excitement to the pavement are is the factory Dana rear end that houses a set of 3.54 gears. Stops come courtesy of correct power front disc and rear drum brakes. And all this Mopar goodness rolls on stylish Rallye Wheels, which twist radial tires with raised white lettering around polished trim rings and silver center caps. Peak your head in the window of this car and you'll find a correct Black interior that's functional, straightforward and very comfortable. The front bucket and rear bench seats are wrapped in pliable vinyl covers that display hardly any signs of wear. Below those seats, stain-free carpet floats Challenger-themed mats at the sides of a correct, wood-trimmed console and cool Pistol Grip Shifter. The wood-trimmed dash seats correct Rallye gauges and has been painstakingly restored to its original glory. In front of the driver, a correct steering wheel mixes subtle form with major function. And behind the passengers, a nicely finished trunk centers a correct jack and space saver spare tire between a correct mat and new decklid decal. 2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10

Engine: 8.3L V10 SFI
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 4,282 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10. The first prototype was tested in January 1989. It debuted in 1991 with two pre-production models as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500 when Dodge was forced to substitute it in place of the Japanese-built Dodge Stealth because of complaints from the United Auto Workers, and went on sale in January 1992 as the RT/10 Roadster. The Dodge Viper underwent a major redesign in 2002, courtesy of DaimlerChrysler's Street and Racing Technology group. The new Viper SRT-10, which replaced both the GTS and the RT/10, was heavily restyled with sharp, angled bodywork. The engine's displacement was increased to 8.3 L (506.5 cu in), which increased output to 500 bhp and 525 lb•ft. Despite the power increases, engine weight was reduced to about 500 lb (230 kg). The chassis was also improved, becoming more rigid and weighing approximately 80 lb (36 kg) less than the previous model. This beautiful red Viper looks just as good as the day it was sold off the showroom floor. This 1 owner Dodge Viper has only 4282 miles on the odometer. This brutal masterpiece of American Muscle has been garage kept and never been rained on as of this writing. The garage was climate controlled to stay cool in the summers, and toasty warm in the winters. Insert the key, twist to on, push the start button and that distinctive Viper V-10 sound is instantly recognize. This 2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10 includes; Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD player, Manual Convertible Top, Leather Interior, Seat belts, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Power Brakes, Power Door Locks, Power Windows, Power Seats, Remote Keyless Entry, and Aluminum Alloy Wheels wrapped in Michelin Performance Radial tires. 1999 Dodge Viper RT-10

1999 Dodge Viper RT-10

Engine: 8.0L V10 F OHV
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 4,909 ( actual )

In 1999 Motor Trend Magazine proclaimed it the “fastest street car we’ve ever tested.” Even in 2018, there aren’t too many cars, American or foreign, that can outperform this Beast. SPEED, HANDLING, STOPPING POWER, and, oh yeah, did we mention BEAUTY? This 1999 Dodge Viper is equipped with Hennessey’s Venom 650R package. Shipped new from the Dealership to Hennessey in 1999, this Dodge Viper was transformed from a 400HP growler of an 8.0 Liter V-10 to a 650HP Raving Monster. With only 4,909 original miles, this Viper blasts from zero to 60mph in 3.3 seconds, a quarter mile later and you’re at 131.5 mph - and for those willing to push the limits (on a closed track, of course) the top speed is 215 mph! Just a quick look at what it would have cost to transform this monster in 1999 here is an idea. The $37,500 stand-alone engine upgrades include all that ridiculously outrageous mechanical Hennessy wizardry enchantments, such as enlarged cylinder bores, forged steel connecting rods, forged aluminum pistons, whole assembly balanced and blueprinted, Hennessey cylinder heads that are ported, polished, Extrude-Honed and allows for bigger stainless steel valves and seats, new guides, double springs, and titanium retainers, etc.,etc.,etc., you get the idea. This Viper absolutely has the great looks to back up all of that performance! Or, more accurately, it GETS THE LOOKS!! This Viper has the $14,000 Hennessy aerodynamic fiberglass Body Upgrade. The fascia has a much more sleek and refined look than the standard Viper, kind of like Cinderella before the clock strikes midnight. The functional integrated rear wing absolutely completes the portrait of a beautiful car while helping with down force. Yes, it does go fast, but don’t worry about stopping, you’ll have a $12,000 Brembo Braking System at your foot to bring you to a very quick stop. And just to make sure you can fulfill your dreams of knowing what it feels like to be a NASCAR driver (in this very much street legal car) this Viper has driver and passenger-side racing seats complete with 5-point harnesses (standard seat belts are also installed for those days when you just don’t have time to strap on the cool belts). This Viper might as well be nicknamed the “Silver Bullet,” because of the speed, yes; but, also the exterior is a gorgeous Viper Silver Metallic color with wide black stripes professionally placed in the traditional Viper manner, from bumper to bumper. The interior is beautifully meshed in red & black leather. While this Viper most certainly has all the ‘Go-Fast’ mechanics a drag racer dreams of, the truth is, this Viper has been babied its entire life. Originally purchased by a Floridian car collector for his wife, the car spent its first 14 years driven very sparingly. Not much changed when it went to its second (and current) owner who lives in Colorado. The current owner purchased the Viper with 3,515 miles and has only driven it to its current 4,909 original miles, having only completed maintenance (synthetic) oil changes and added the aforementioned black colored stripes. You can view this 1999 Dodge Viper RT-10 with Hennessey 650R Venom package in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. 1962 Dodge Dart

Engine: 413 CID V8
Transmission: 727 Push Button
Mileage: 11,916 ( undocumented )

This 1962 Dodge Max Wedge Tribute is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 62 Line up for Dodge had there own defined look making them highly collectible today. Not to mention the big and powerful engine you could get in on of these intermediate size cars. In 1962 the now infamous Wedge cars were released and put everyone on notice. With there 413 CI engine and massive cross ram intakes were literally taking the strips by storm. This example is sure to bring you back to those magical days when Dodge pretty much owned the drag strips. Start with the black paint which is slick while showing off those one of a kind lines. The multiple coats of clear laid on top gives it not only a mirror finish but almost a 3D look. Let’s get down to why you really want this beast of a car. Pop the hood and an ultra- rare 413 Ramcharger lies cradled between the frame rails. The crossram intake is correct and not a cheap part by any means but gives it that I mean business look while gaining a good bit of power. Matched up to a 727 HD torque flite this thing is ready for the street or strip. Open the door and period correct interior is comfortable while looking nice. Yet still the best and coolest thing about this car has to be the push button trans making it as simple as pressing D and slamming the gas. Just make sure your holding on because if this monster hooks up you will be in for a ride you will soon not forget. 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT-8

Engine: 6.1L V8 F OHV 16V
Transmission: 5- Speed Automatic
Mileage: 26,474 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is very excited to offer up this bad to the bone 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 for sale. Between the crazy powerplant and the custom sound system, this car is sure to be an eye catcher at carshows. Under the hood of this beast is a completely built 427 CID V8 engine that is equiped with a Kenne Bell Mammoth supercharger along with a whole host of supporting modifications that allow this sweet car to make around 1,200 horsepower. The automatic transmission has also been built to handle this kind of power and abuse by strictly performance. Overall, the powertrain of this beauty has a very sleeper feel to it at idle. Standing next to the car with the hood closed, one would find it very hard to tell that this car has been modified so extensively and makes north of 1k horsepower. Although challengers are known for being heavy, this car handles the weight just fine from a roll thanks to all of that power. With the current wheel and tire setup, the driver will find it hard to keep a solid connection to the pavement from slow speeds. There are no two ways about it, this car is dangerously fast! Upon entering this big muscle car, the driver will be greeted by a very comfortable and roomy interior. The interior of challengers are some of the most comfortable of muscle cars and can fit individuals very large and tall. The seats are finished in leather and suede to give a classy touch. These seats provide a good amount of support while still being roomy enough for larger individuals unlike the seats of most other muscle and sports cars. This sweet ride is loaded with features. Some of which include cruise control, GPS, heated seats, power seats, power sunroof, tilt/telescoping wheel, and power mirrors. The sound system on this car is also highly modified with two large subwoofers in the trunk with a custom housing for them and the amps. Overall, this is a very comfortable car to drive and could make an excelent daily driver. Moving outward, the exterior has been kept almost completely stock to allow for one hell of a sleeper look. The paint is the factory black metalic and is in decent condition. the hood also features a faux carbon fiber decal that adds some contrast. Supporting each corner of the car are black powdercoated wheels with relatively new rubber surrouning them. Summed up, this car is a luxurious sleeper that will take on just about anything in a roll race! Engine: 340 CID V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 33,078 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this 1974 Dodge Charger Super Bee tribute. This gorgeous yellow and black charger pays tribute to the 1971 Dodge Charger Super Bee. From 1968 to 1970 the Super Bee was applied exclusively to the Dodge Coronet. Then, in 1971 the Super Bee package was applied to the Dodge Charger. This was the last year, until late model Super Bees, that the Charger carried the Super Bee name. The Super Bee Charger was a relatively rare car as there were only 5,054 ever produced in 1971. This particular charger is powered by a 340cid V8 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. It drives like a true muscle car and makes all the right sounds. The body was tripped down two years ago and was completely restored. Any traces of rust were eliminated. A beautiful coat of PPG paint was applied and looks gorgeous in and out of the sun. This charger recently received a new carburetor, intake, and factory wheels. It has a very aggressive appearance with its front and rear spoilers, hood scoop, Bumble Bee badges, and color combination. This Super Bee tribute has Directed brand speakers both up front and in the rear. It’s ok if you’re not a music person as the exhaust sounds fantastic. 2001 Dodge Viper GTS

2001 Dodge Viper GTS

Engine: 8.0L V10 F OHV
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 43,171 ( actual )

Now featured in our Denver showroom is this tastefully modified 2001 Dodge Viper GTS dyno’ed at over 430 horsepower to the rear wheels! After the Viper hit the market in the early 90’s, these cars have grown a huge following and is clear to see why given the V10 engine in this lightweight coupe and sleek lines. 2001 was one of the last years of the second generation of Vipers which saw an increase of 15 horsepower to 415 and had anti-lock braking introduced. This Viper specifically has had a few modifications including VIPAIR intake and smooth tubes for better flow coming in and helping it breathe out well is the Belanger headers and cat-back exhaust that not only adds power, but a superb sound! These modifications also have brought this Viper up to over 430 horsepower at the rear wheels! Unitrax half shafts were added as well to stand up to the additional power and the rear end was equipped with a set of 3.73:1 gear ratio for quicker acceleration off the line than the stock 3.07:1. Once you slide in and get behind the wheel of this Viper, the excitement starts to set in. Turn the key and the V10 comes to life! Put it in gear, roll into the throttle, and hold on as all that power tries to push you through the back of your seat. Once the RPM’s creep up and you let off the throttle, a symphony of pops and bangs and growls bellow from the exhaust. With the discontinuation of the Viper from the Dodge brand, there has been a steady uptick in demand for these cars and have steadily been increasing in value. This 2001 Dodge Viper is a great candidate for someone who is looking for a fun car to take out on those sunny days and weekends without having to worry about the drastic depreciation as the miles tick upwards.
