1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport

1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport

Engine: 327 V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to present this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. We all dreamed about finding a “unicorn” car. A car so rare it sends the collector car world into a frenzy. There are very few cars that call mass hysteria. The ones that come to mind are the 1966 Shelby Cobra twin-turbocharged “Super Snake” (2 made 1 survivor) or a “Dodge Daytona”, another limited production car. If you can locate one of these cars, they bring six and seven figures in the collector car world. So, if these cars are bringing in that kind of money and are cars people know existed, then what value would you put on a car that never was supposed to exist? This brings me to the term “ghost”, or “phantom” car. These cars are vehicles that were never supposed to leave the manufacture for one reason or another. In this particular case, Chevrolet completely shut down the 1963 Corvette Grand Sport program deeming it against the corporate racing policy. There are five confirmed early Grand Sport’s, with talks of a sixth that has never been verified. In the early days of race car and muscle car production, manufactures were known to send parts and cars out the “backdoor.” What are we dealing with here when talking about this 1963 Chevrolet Grand Sport? This car was purchased from the previous owner who owned it for 37 years. The current owner bought the car in pieces and is responsible for presenting it now as a finished car. The previous owner resided in Michigan and started collecting parts to return the car back to its glory days. Once health issues started settling in, he was forced to move on from the Vette. The previous owner stated the car had its tubular frame replaced, which I’m assuming was due to rot. Once the current owner acquired the car in pieces, he began a journey along with a GM specialist, to restore the “Grand Sport” back to its hay day. After a long, extensive restoration period, the car is done in white exterior and red interior. You can see right off there are some very telling signs that this Grand Sport Vette is not one of the 5 or 6 that were raced. It shows newer style seats and reproduction wheels. It does have the cross-ram racing intake with the Weber carburetors. It also has a 1963 casting number block, and a 200 mile per hour speedometer. You’re correct, that’s not enough to say this is possibly a “Real” Grand Sport 1963 Corvette. The absolute two most important attributes of this car are its VIN and the TITLE. The VIN number reads S0837X10008 and the TITLE matches. All of the experts are sure about what this car is until it comes to one question they can’t explain. How does this car have that VIN number and a matching title? The experts have said this is an authentic Chevrolet VIN plate. So… if it is a “real” 1963 Chevrolet Corvette displaying characteristics that only the Grand Sport Vette VIN plates had, then technically this would be a real 1963 Chevrolet Grand Sport, right? The owner also states this is a Numbers Matching 327 engine, and 4-speed manual transmission. Is this a “unicorn”? A mythical car that somehow made its way out of the backdoor of the GM plant. That would explain why documentation is virtually non-existent. Options include Vinyl Interior, Kill Switch, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, and Weber 42 Carb System. This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. The ultimate development of Bill Mitchell and Zora Arkus-Duntov’s Sting Ray concept, the 1967 Corvette is a great choice for upgrading to modern powertrain, mechanicals and passenger accommodations. The final year of mid-year body styling was the least cluttered and arguably most attractive of all, one that seems to encourage builders to preserve its beauty and keep most, if not all, modifications under wraps. In this case the Sting Ray’s stock features are preserved, even to the point of using 1967 Silver Pearl paint and decorating the big-block hood with a contrasting black-Stinger accent. All the correct chrome and stainless trim has been preserved, including the classic Bowtie chromed driver’s mirror and factory-style side exhaust outlets. There is modern Corvette power under the power-actuated hood in the form of an all-aluminum GM Performance Parts LS3 V-8 engine. Rated at 430 HP in the 2008 to 2013 Corvette, this electronically fuel-injected powerplant has been tuned to crank a mighty 525 HP through a 5-speed automatic transmission to the C6 differential. A completely powder-coated, professionally fabricated custom steel-tube chassis enables the use of proven C6 front and C5 rear independent suspension with aluminum double wishbones (also powder-coated). This allows a wide choice of rolling stock; here it comprises chromed 18-inch front and 19-inch rear Aluminum wheels, shod with Toyo red-stripe tires, 275/35-19 rear and 235/40-18 front. Visible through the wheels are the red powder-coated 6-piston C6 Z06 calipers up front, and 4-piston rear Z06 binders out back, which clamp down on drilled and slotted rotors, guaranteeing rapid deceleration from hyperspeed. Inside, you'll see its spectacular distressed red leather interior, which features power windows, Vintage Air, custom red carpeting, Auto Meter gauges, bolstered seats, polished billet controls and a retro-look AM/FM radio with Bluetooth. Don’t let this Jeff Hayes-built '67 'Vette be the one that got away! Options include: Retro-style AM/FM Stereo Radio with Bluetooth, Chromed Aluminum Wheels, Custom Red Distressed Leather, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Tilt Steering Wheel. 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air

1956 Chevrolet Bel Air

Engine: 5.7L 350 HP LSI
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 6,706 ( undocumented )

Over $300,000 invested into this one-off custom Bel-Air and is absolutely jaw-dropping from every angle. Winning many awards from the Good Guys Columbus Builders Choice award to the NSRA Louisville Top 25 Pro Pick, this 1956 is well deserving candidate for all the attention it receives. As you approach it from a distance, it looks like just a very well done 1956 Bel-Air. However, as you get closer the subtle modifications start to jump out at you. The grill was kicked out for a more stream-lined look, hood humps from a ’57 Chevrolet were used to make the hood cowl, Porsche headlight lenses set back 1”, custom one-piece stainless roof moldings, removed vent windows from doors, and custom rear bumper notched for the twin exhaust are just a few of the cool and unique twists to this elegant Bel-Air. If you have the privilege of getting the chance to touch it, open the door using the slim Jaguar door handles and slide into the completely custom interior done by Paul Atkins using only the highest quality of materials. As you look out over the smoothed-out dash, you will be amazed at how clean and simple everything was kept in this build. Even the radio was hidden behind a door to keep any clutter out of sight. Despite the clean appearances, this car is fully functional and is a treat to drive! The 5.7L LS1 sitting under the hood comes to life with ease and a low rumble projects out the back. Slide it down into drive and the 4L60E automatic transmission does the work from there! The 350 horsepower is plenty to get this moving in a hurry and the Wilwood disc brakes bring it back to zero just as quick. As you arrive at your destination, get out, and look back at your ride; it is hard not to stop and stare. The ride height was dialed in to perfection and sits nicely on the Billet Specialty wheels. There were no corners cut on this build and is the ultimate choice for someone looking at a car that can be shown or enjoyed. No matter what the use may be, this car is a show stopper anywhere it goes! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Engine: 427 400hp Tri-Power - Factory A/C
Transmission: - 4-Speed
Mileage: 28,488 ( undocumented )

Attention Corvette Colletors! For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette. This is a rare one and deserves your full attention. This Corvette is heavily optioned and is all original aside from one repaint in the original Goodwood Green with white Stinger. The odometer shows 28,488 and is believed to be original considering how well preserved the car is, however cannot be verified and is listed as unknown. Powered by the original Tri-Power 427 producing 400 horsepower and backed up by the original M-21 Muncie close ratio 4-speed. Almost every box was checked when this car was ordered from the St. Louis plant. In addition to the stout Tri-Power 427, A/C was checked(rare), Speed Warning indicator, Headrest, Telescopic steering, Power steering, Power brakes, Side exhaust, and an AM/FM radio. Original tank sticker comes with the car! A/C is without question the most sought-after option on this car. The 400 horse Tri-Power was the most powerful engine available with Air Conditioning. The 435 horse L-71 and 430 horse L-88 were both high RPM solid lifter engines and revved too high for the A/C compressor. Secondly, when selecting the L-88, you really wouldn't care about an option like A/C, this was a showroom ready race car. The 400 horse Tri-Power you see here is also a more street friendly engine when compared to its big brother. Less maintenance and more torque at lower RPMs. It's clear that this was the business man's super car! Transmission: 4L60E
Mileage: 126 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this unbelievably custom 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air. The 55 Chevy Bel-Air is arguably one of the best-looking cars ever built. There clean lines and finless design make them great candidates for full on custom builds. Art Morrison started out building frames for tubbed out drag cars in the 70’s and 80’s but the company really took off when he began building his line of pro-touring chassis’. This 55 is sitting on one of his custom-built frames which not only looks good but increases the handling of the car dramatically. Finished off in the same Erica red paint as the body making the transition from floor pan to frame almost seamless. With touches of chrome here and there to break it up you can tell this was a well thought out build. The stance of the car was also dramatically changed due to the chassis as well with it sitting much lower than a stock 55. The wheels will be the next thing you notice with the set consisting of 18’s in the front and 20’s in the back giving the car that aggressive look. Behind those wheels are a set of chrome plated calipers that blend nicely while the cross-drilled and slotted rotors show people you mean business. Under that silky-smooth hood is was most consider the Mecca of LS powerplants. This LS7 has been built with a mild cam giving it a nice lope at idle but the real work is in the details. The intake has been painted to match with the custom firewall being cleaned up which flows into the custom inner fender wells. A custom piece of metal was formed to cover up the radiator as well making this engine bay look seamless like the rest of the car. Putting power to the road is a built 4l60 transmission giving you the capability to drive this beauty down the freeway comfortably at highway speeds. Inside the custom touches are extensive with the dash being made from one piece of metal as well. The gauges and AC vents are molded into that custom dash as well keeping with that flowing design. 1966 Chevrolet Corvette

1966 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: LS3 6.2L V8
Transmission: 5-Speed Manual
Mileage: 1,390 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this stunning 1966 Chevrolet Corvette for sale. Between the modern powertrain and the classic styling, this car is definitely a show stopper. Under the "Stinger" hood of this beast is a Chevrolet LS3 that would have been found in a more modern C5 Vette. Upon starting the engine, everyone around can hear the deep, burbly sounds of the side pipes. This swap not only provides much more power and drivability to the car, but it also makes servicing much easier considering that all of the parts needed for the engine are still mass produced by companies for GM. As for the engine itself, it runs very strong and brings as much power to the car as a big block would have back in the day (hence the big block hood). Sending that modern power to the rear end is a five speed manual transmission that shifts firmly through the gears with an extremely short shifter throw. This car having a modern powertrain, of course it has disc brakes all around that provide a good initial bite along with firm stopping power thanks to a wilwood master cylinder. Moving outward, the exterior of the car is finished in a traditional light blue metalic that looks very nice and correct for the era of car. Finishing the stinger hood is a white stripe. Overall the paint is in very good condition and shows well. Supporting each corner of this beauty are chrome alloy wheels wrapped in low profile performance tires with good life left in them likely sourced from a C5. The white soft top is also in very good condition and moves freely as it should. Upon entering the cabin, the driver will be greeted by a light blue interior to match the exterior. Overall, the interior is in very good condition and accents the excellent work performed on the powertrain and suspension. The vinyl seats provide plenty of comfort while still maintaining decent support for cornering. In the summer months, the driver will appreciate the convertible soft top that lets in plenty of sunshine and fresh air. 1968 Chevrolet Camaro

1968 Chevrolet Camaro

Engine: 468 Big Block
Transmission: Viper 6 Speed
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. This is without question one absolutely gorgeous '69 Camaro! There isn't much that wasn't customized, and it shows. It’s easy to throw a ton of aftermarket parts on a car. This took some serious time and attention to detail. Let’s start with the obvious first. Painted in a beautiful shade of red with white stripes or a gorgeous white leather interior and riding on a set of custom Billet Specialties aluminum wheels. This isn't just a nice paint job though. The front bumper is a narrowed and reshaped 1969 Camaro bumper mounted with custom brackets. The lower valance has a lower grill opening with a stainless steel grill, the upper grill opening has been smoothed and features driving lights/ turn signals from a ’69 Camaro. The lower air dam and fender extensions are a one off from molded fiberglass. The upper grill opening is smoothed and recessed to accommodate quad headlights from a 1970 Oldsmobile and a hand fabricated stainless grill with a relocated hood release. The hood features a steel cowl induction that was welded from underneath and smoothed all around. The front fenders have lower extensions molded ahead and behind the wheel opening and smoothed. All the inner front panels and support systems were smoothed, relocated and painted to match the body. The doors were also smoothed and utilize 2003 GM latch and handle systems for a clean appearance. The side rocker panels were extended the full length to give an even and finished look to the bottom edges. The rear quarters, you guessed it, smoothed with the rear side lights removed and the ends of the rear spoiler molded in place. The rear decklid is similar and features an original spoiler that was reshaped and molded in place. The rear body panel has reversed tail lamps fabricated from a ’69 Camaro and a welded in pop up gas cap. The rear bumper is also a 1969 unit that has been trimmed to fit. All the painted surfaces are PPG base coat clear coat Super Red with Silver Pearl. Once you raise the hood, you’ll see another cowl induction unit that is functional and removable. Lurking beneath this work of art is a very well built 468 Big Block that balanced and blue printed utilizing a solid roller camshaft and 10.5:1 compression. Other notable engine details include aluminum small chamber rectangular port cylinder heads with 2.19 intake and 1.88 exhaust valves, .620 lift camshaft, single plane intake manifold topped by a 830 CFM carburetor and aluminum accessories and pullies. Big blocks have a reputation for running hot, that can be easily addressed and was with this build thanks to a HD aluminum radiator and dual electric fans set up to cool 650 horsepower. The music this engine makes is the result of ceramic coated headers flowing through a set of custom stainless steel pipes and mufflers. Transferring this beautiful power plant to the ground is a 2005 Dodge Viper 6-speed, heavy duty clutch converted to hydraulic actuation and finally to a 12 bolt rear end housing a set of 4.10 posi traction gears. Slowing things down is a breeze thanks to four wheel disc brakes. Even though this car is presumed to strictly be a show car, it will do what you ask of it. The suspension and chassis were not missed. The front suspension has been heavily modified and includes shaved side rails and cross member, new tubular control arms, coil over shocks, a quick ratio steering box, heavy duty sway bar and dropped spindles for the aggressive ride height. All parts are painted in a gloss red and silver urethane finish. The underside has all new floors, unibody subframe connectors and additional braces for a more rigid chassis. The rear suspension and undercarriage are also heavily modified. Wheel tubs moved inboard two inches, shocks relocated, springs lowered and moved inboard, traction bars installed, new bearings and seals. Other modifications include a new fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, relocated battery(trunk), stainless steal lines and fasteners throughout. Altered oil pan, steering linkage, transmission mount and tunnel. The last area to cover and one of our favorites, the interior. The all white interior is very easy on the eyes and just feels fresh. The guys over at Recovery Room Hot Rod interiors did an amazing job. Hats off to these guys! Custom is the theme here as is the rest of the build. Custom white leather on most surfaces, new easy to read instruments for the custom dash, a tilt steering column, Sony CD player, custom rear deck with speakers, hand brake replacing the old foot actuated parking brake, custom center console that houses power windows switches, electronic fuel pump switch and the battery cut off. Engine: 6.2L LS3 V8
Transmission: 7-Speed Seq
Mileage: 499 ( undocumented )

Now for sale at Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is this beastly 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible PRO-MOD! Beastly for this car is NO UNDERSTATEMENT as looking through the photos and watching the video, will show exactly why. If you’re not a fan of photos, and video simply continue reading. This “body-off” pro-mod is powered by a Kenne Bell supercharged Turn Key LS3 said to put out over 1,000HP. The heads are Dart PR01’s and makes this car a true monster for the road. This car flies through the powerband with the Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. The power is put to the ground through the 12-bolt Detroit Speed rear end. With this much power the key is to keep it cool, so the car is fitted with a Be Cool dual core radiator. This car gets plenty of traction through the massive rear tires that are Michelin Pilot Sport 335/30 ZR20 which some tubbing mods had to be made for a nice fit. The front tires are also Michelin Pilot Sport but sized at 255/35 ZR19. The COR Forged wheels look great on this beauty and are on great condition. The drilled and slotted disk brakes are fitted with a nice set of yellow accented BAER 6P calipers and provides more than enough stopping power. The brakes get their stopping power from the very nice HydraTech brake booster. If the overall appearance simply isn’t enough to turn someone’s head, the Hooker headers attached to the Magna-Flow dual exhaust system is surely going to make people start rubber-necking. The car also features adjustable coil-over shocks to provide a smooth ride, not that it matters when your ripping through the powerband. The exterior of the car is a clean black and is in good condition. All the body lines on this car are almost perfectly straight and shows how well this car was restored and how much attention to detail was applied. If you’re a fan of American Muscle this car is worth seeing in person. Moving inward would will see a fully custom interior. The custom stitched dash and door panels are in great condition and match the Recaro seats very well. The car features a very comfortable MOMO steering wheel, along with a set of Carbon Fiber Ultra-Lite gauges to make you aware of everything going on. This car is absolutely a beauty both inside and out and needs a new owner to let it scream down the pavement again. Coated in Silver Pearl, paired with black leather seats, this Corvette is sure to turn heads. Only 215 miles are on it since restoration. Options include: AM/FM radio, manual convertible top, hub caps, power brakes, seat belts, and leather interior. For example, in December of 1965 the car was assembled and shipped to Martin Chevrolet in Warren, Ohio. In 1966 the car was purchased by a 72-year-old gentleman who resided in Warren and passed just 2 years later. After that, the Corvette found a new master in Howland, Ohio who worked as a shop teacher. The list continues. In 2010 this classic earned a NCRS Top Flight Award at a Western Regional meet. Then in 2015, it won a NCRS Top Flight Award at the National Convention in Denver, CO. Needless to say, this car is very well put together. And this documented, investment grade Z/28 has all the right ingredients to bring big value and even bigger appeal. For starters, it’s an authentic Matador Red car which features a correct Red interior. It also packs a correct 302 that’s equipped with a rare cross ram intake. The power is transferred through a tough Muncie 4-speed and correct 4.56 gears. If you’re in the market for a restoration-fresh collector car that you can enjoy and build equity in, this slick F1 demands your full attention! The beneficiary of a professional, rotisserie restoration that included $38K of paint and body work, this vivid panther simply glistens under our bright showroom lights. Craig Hopkins, of Cleveland, Georgia’s AMD Installation Center, put a lot of effort into making sure the car’s body is extremely straight. Everything has been bathed in DuPont Matador Red. Raise the solid steel hood and you’ll be delighted to find a rare Winters cross ram on top of a correct, 302 cubic inch high performance V8. Rebuilt at Precision Engines LLC, this fully balanced mill utilizes a forged SCAT crank, forged SCAT rods, SRP pistons and a Bullet Trans Am-spec cam to twist stout 11 to 1 compression into 344 dyno-proven horsepower! At the top of the 302 small block, Holley carburetors mix fuel from fresh stainless fluid lines with oxygen that’s piped through a chrome, cowl-fed air cleaner. Behind those carburetors, modern electronic ignition sequences spark through fresh Packard TV R Suppression Cables. And at the sides of that ignition, authentic ‘double hump’ heads hang bright chrome valve covers over roller tip rocker arms and professionally restored exhaust manifolds. When fired, the infamous V8 snarls and barks like a real competition piece. Its ancillary components are top-notch in every way, with fresh GM hoses and a correct Delco Moraine brake booster accompanying a reproduction Delco battery. And an even combination of Chevy Orange engine skin and Satin Black fender framing is accented by clean and appropriate decals. the best set up the Camaro offered was a tough Muncie transmission and track-worthy 4.56 rear end. This coupe’s correct 4-speed, which is equipped with a fresh clutch and flywheel, twists a shortened A-Body pumpkin that’s packed with new Moser axles, a proven Eaton posi and 4.56 Richmond gears. That first-rate drivetrain is held off the ground by a completely rebuilt, high performance suspension, which includes 4-piston, Corvette-style brakes, tuned front coils, multi-leaf rears and reproduction shocks. That suspension is dissected by an aluminized, true-dual exhaust system, which is fitted with a correct, transversely mounted muffler. That exhaust system is framed by clean floors which perfectly highlight a new stainless fuel tank, fresh stainless fluid lines and a variety of chip-free chassis components. Those floors roll on 15-inch Rally wheels, which spin E70-15 Goodyear Wide Tread GTs around correct stainless center caps and dent-free trim rings. Inside, the Standard Red interior illustrates the true, no frills intentions of Chevrolet’s hallowed Z/28. Its bucket seats were restored with new backs, new foam and reproduction covers that look and feel fantastic. In front of those seats a stainless-trimmed dash, which exhibits no signs of warping or peeling, hangs rebuilt telemetry above a clean radio delete. At the base of that dash, great looking carpet centers a chrome Hurst shifter between four color-keyed floor mats. That seat, dash and flooring trifecta is framed by a tight headliner and standard, stainless-trimmed door panels. In front of the driver, Chevrolet’s classy Rosewood steering wheel spins satin spokes around a red, white and blue centerpiece. And behind the passengers, the car’s solid trunk has been correctly restored with new paint, a new mat, fresh decals and a full-size spare tire. 1938 Chevrolet Coupe

1938 Chevrolet Coupe

Engine: 6.2 L LS3 V8
Transmission: 6-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 1,192 ( since rebuilt )

Freshly-minted and now for sale in our Houston showroom is this spectacular all-steel 1938 Chevrolet Coupe. Cloaked in a pristine Porsche Guards Red PPG finish, this is one for all ages. The restoration started with the steel body shell, and a Superior Glass Works Chassis, with fully boxed steel frame rails. Everything was taken to bare metal before any finish work was begun. A new LS3 crate motor was installed, with a FAST intake and FAST fuel rails. A set of coated shorty headers and a full stainless 2.5” exhaust setup, complete with stainless X-pipe, scavenges the spent fuel to the rear with a throaty burble. To the aft of the beefy powerplant, a new 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with a 3200RPM stall torque converter to aid in providing excellent launches. The 6-speed auto provides excellent highway cruising capabilities, with surprisingly efficient operation. There are two dual finned-aluminum transmission coolers for the tranny to help it keep it at optimum temperature during spirited driving. Controlling the 6L80E’s shifts is a Corvette-style shifter, complete with electronic paddle-shift control capabilities on the gear knob. You’ll feel comfortable knowing that you can drive this thing like its sportscar powertrain wants you to, with handling and ride to match. The front end is a complete Heidts SupeRide II independent front suspension, with tubular upper and lower control arms, sway bar, QA1 adjustable coil-over shocks, 12” Wilwood disk brakes and calipers, and a power rack and pinion steering setup. Out back are QA1’s, a triangulated 4-bar link setup, torsion-style sway bar, an all-new quick-change Currie Ford 9” rear end and third member with 2.75:1 gears and a True-Track limited slip differential, and 11” Wilwood disk brakes and calipers complete with E-brake. The power-assisted braking setup is also equipped with a proportioning valve, allowing for fine-tuning the front/rear braking balance. A set of Nitto performance radials (215/50-17 front, 235/65-17 rear) wrapped around American Racing Salt Flat Special 5-hole wheels help keep this retro-rod stuck to the pavement. Inside this modernized classic, you’ll find that all the chrome trim shines like it’s brand new, and it is abundant. From the chrome window surrounds, windshield and rear window trim, to the door and window levers, everything glistens. There are a few hidden secret gems, too: the chrome window cranks don’t move – a light touch upward will raise the power windows, and a similar light touch will lower them. Equipped with what seems to be power everything, this car has plenty of creature comforts that one wouldn’t expect in a vintage auto. Power windows, power locks, a trick Painless “Phantom Key” Keyless Ignition with a proximity-sensing key fob (which provides a very cool pushbutton start and is part of the security system), custom Vintage Air system with billet nozzles, and power seats with 8-way adjustability and lumbar support cover most of the features, but not all. In addition, there is a Bluetooth compatible audio system that has near audiophile sound, USB ports on the console, cupholders, LED interior (and exterior) lighting, and tilt steering wheel all add up to providing a supremely comfortable, modern-feeling ride. The tinted glass all around help the Vintage Air system keep things cold in the summer, and toasty in those colder months (for when you can’t wait to drive this beauty until Spring). And, you’ll want to drive this car year-round, because when you’re in the cabin, the smell of the custom furniture-grade leather is intoxicating. This superb leather covers nearly everything including the headliner, and it provides such a pleasant aroma that it will make Bentley and Rolls owners jealous. If you do get caught in the rain, the 2-speed electric windshield wipers will keep your forward vision clear, and the powerful LED head- and tail-lights will keep the road lit (and keep you visible). 1954 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

1954 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

Engine: 250 Inline 6
Transmission: 2 Speed Powerglide
Mileage: 667 ( since rebuilt )

This 1954 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. When initially released in 1953 the Corvette was intended to compete with the smaller European sports cars of that era. Harley Earl developed the initial design which was sleek smaller 2 seat sports car that looked amazing and caught everyone’s attention, but the price would seem to be a major setback. Having that said GM would only sell 3640 units in 1954 making these extremely collectible today. This particular beauty has been treated to a yearlong frame off restoration with pictures and receipts included with the sale. Once completed the car was driven for about 600 miles and put on display at the Corvette museum in Bowling Green KY for enthusiasts to enjoy. The body was taken off and stripped down and then painted back to its original white color which still looks amazing today. With all of the chrome either replaced or brought back to its original luster it easy to see why so many caught the Corvette bug. The frame was treated to the same process which not only insured the structural integrity but gave the underneath a fresh and clean look. The original, numbers matching, blue flame six was cleaned up with the original 2 speed power glide given the same treatment. With the engine and transmission back together, they were placed back onto that freshly painted frame. With the body completed it was dropped back onto the frame giving this 1954 Corvette its new lease on life. The red interior was the last step with the red really popping against that white exterior. The tan convertible top is in excellent shape and shows well but this car was meant to be seen with the top down. Press the button between the seats and place the top in the hidden storage area and the 1954 Corvette has the look of a true roadster. When it is all said and done this Corvette is sure to make the next owner a very happy person. Options on this 1954 Corvette include a Manual Convertible Top, Leather Interior, AM Radio, Hubcaps and, Bias Ply White Wall Tires. This 1954 Chevrolet Corvette can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

Engine: 283 CID V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 4,175 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer this incredible 1957 Chevrolet Corvette to our Dallas showroom located in DFW Airport, TX! The Corvette has become something of a legend in the automobile world as it represents one of the greatest concepts, a sports car that is unique and most importantly, American. That feeling is just as strong as it was back then and continues to pave the way for the great car’s bright future. We are proud to present this stunning 1957 Corvette, a prime representation of the C1 generation. Cloaked in an amazing shade of Cascade Green it is a 250 HP original fuelie car. The Corvette had a full rotisserie restoration which puts this car over the top among other Corvettes. The single headlights, the last year for this option, shine brightly and the AM wonder bar radio continues to crank out great tunes just as it did back in 1957. Original factory gauges still work strongly including the center mounted tachometer. Powering this amazing car is a correct 250 horsepower 283 V8 engine with a Rochester Ramjet factory fuel injection system making this Corvette one of 1,040 fuelies produced! Coupled to the healthy engine is the correct four-speed manual transmission that shifts with ease. The interior is just as nice as the exterior with the original ivory shade. A manual beige top matches perfectly with the carpet and provides a striking combination of color and style with the beautiful body lines and paint. This car was well-taken care of for the majority of its life and is seeking a new home to start the next chapter. This Corvette was even on display at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. How cool is that! Don’t miss an opportunity to own a piece of history. Make this gorgeous car yours today! 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

Engine: 5.7L V8 LS6
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 15,926 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this sleek 2003 Z06 CRC Corvette. Between the modern powertrain and classic styling, this car is most certainly an eye catcher. Classic Reflection Coachworks (CRC) Has been around since 1994 when they started work on the first prototype using a C4 Vette as the base. The concept sparked the interest of many people and several inquiries came in on how to purchase the car. Later, CRC Began using C5 vettes as the base and designed a new body to reflect the 1962 Corvette. Using cutting edge computer modeling software, the company shaped the new bodies and began production. Under the carbon fiber hood of this beast is supercharged LS6 V8 engine. The engine in this car is very tame and driver friendly when you want it to be, but also an absolute monster when called upon. Sending an intoxicating note into the atmosphere is a custom exhaust system featuring long tube headers, SLP catalytic converters, 3" SLP midpipe, and corsa extreme mufflers. Sending all of that boosted power to the rear end is a six speed manual transmission that shifts firmly through the gears while still maintaining a somewhat long throw for comortable, easy shifting. Moving outward, the exterior of this car is what makes it such a unique and valuable automobile. The CRC Carbon fiber conversion package alone costs more than a brand new Corvette. And that price doesnt even include the cost of the car used in the conversion, or extra options. Covering the exterior of this beauty is bright red paint with black accenting. Supporting each corner of this beauty are chrome alloy wheels wrapped in high-performance Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires (265 in the front, 295 in rear). This being a modern sportscar, of course it has disc brakes all around for safetey and performance. Upon entering this modern classic, the driver will be greeted by classy tan leather seats that are in very good condition and feature an embroidered CRC logo in the head rests. The door sills also feature a CRC logo, this time in the form of a chrome trim piece. The door panels and dash have also been redone to match the seats. Overall, the leather in this car is much nicer than that of stock C5 Vettes. Ensuring that the road noise and brutal Texas heat stay out of the cabin is Dynamat installed throughout car. When it comes time to listen to some driving music, the driver will appreciate the very nice AM/FM radio/CD player. Navigation is also embeded in the head unit to aid on those loger drives. Ths car being converted from a C5 Z06, one can expect all of the amenities found in one. These features include items like cruise control, power seats, tilt/teloscoping wheel, anti theft system, and power brakes/steering. Overall, the interior of this car is a much nicer place to be than an original C5.
