1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street

1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street

Engine: 605 CID Hemi Big Block
Transmission: Automatc
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street “Indy Cylinder Head built the Dart”. It has a Hemi -- 605 cubic inches monster engine! That was reflected on the dyno sheets that Indy supplied with the engine: 836.8 horsepower and 752 lb.-ft of torque. The Hemi was teamed with an equally stout J.W. Performance Transmission–built 727 with a 4,200-stall converter and a narrowed rear end equipped with Strange axles and a Detroit Locker that are up to the task of taming all that Hemi power. Outside, what was left of the original Dart’s body structure was plenty enough to build from, once the floors and quarters were replaced with new steel. AAR Fiberglass’ bolt-on hood, bumper, front fender, doors, and decklid reproductions -- plus a ’68 Super Stock–style hood scoop -- were fitted and installed before the two-stage Sikkens Viper Red enamel went on. Inside, it’s a combination of race-car safety hardware and high-end cruiser, with leather covering the SCAT racing seats, dash and door panels, and custom carpets on the floors. As for a sound system, the Hemi’s custom exhaust system is for that purpose. Engine: There’s big, there’s huge—and then there’s this Indy Cylinder Head–built Street Legend Hemi. Displacing 605 inches, it features Indy’s aluminum 41/2-inch bore block, with a forged Callies crankshaft and Eagle H-beam rods, forged 10.75:1 compression Wiseco pistons, and a Comp Cams solid-roller camshaft. A pair of Indy’s 426-1RA heads, ported Indy intake with a 1050-cfm Holley Dominator, MSD ignition, and a custom-built exhaust system finalize the overgrown air pump. Transmission: J.W. Performance Transmission-built 727 with a reverse–manual valve body, 9-inch/4,200 stall convertor with a trans brake, B&M shifter, and a Gear Vendors overdrive. Rear: Narrowed 9-inch is filled with a 4.56-geared Detroit Locker differential and Strange axles. Suspension: (Front) Art Morrison’s Super Strut, (Rear) X-link with Strange coil overs and ladder bars. Brakes: Four-wheel discs with Wilwoods in front and Strange Engineering rotors and calipers in the rear. Wheels/Tires: Welds and Mickey Thompsons (Front) 15x4½-inch wheels on 26x7.50x15 M/T Sportsman tires, (Rear) 15x14-inch Double Bead lock wheels on M/T’s 32x17.50x15 ET Streets. Paint/Body: Original unibody had its floors and trunk replaced before it was fitted to the round-tube frame. AAR Fiberglass provided the hood, front fenders, trunk lid, and bumpers, and Rick Perry (aided by Don Reese and Ron Sheed) got it all ready for the Sikkens two-stage Viper Red enamel. Interior: Fernando Torres custom-stitched the SCAT Sportsman race bucket seats, door panels, and dash pad in tan leather with matching suede inserts. Steering wheel is a repro Tuff one on a Flaming River tilter, and tan/brown carpets cover the floors. This is one serious bad boy, gas sucking, tire evaporating machine! She will really get up and go! This car is truly one of a kind. This is the one you want to own. Make it yours today. 2014 Ford Mustang Boss 302S #28

2014 Ford Mustang Boss 302S #28

Engine: 302 DOHC CID V8
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 37 ( actual )

Proceeds of the sale of this vehicle go directly to charity, and is tax deductible. For sale in our Dallas Fort Worth showroom is a 2014 Ford Mustang Boss 302S. Most auto enthusiasts know that Ford offered its modern rendition of the Boss 302 Mustang during the 2012 and 2013 model years. But less known is the fact that the race-bred Boss 302S continued as a 2014 model. Offered through Ford Racing, only 50 were built as turn-key, factory-built race cars. They would be the last of the modern Boss 302s. Designed for track days and road racing in a number of SCCA and NASA classes, every 2014 Boss 302S Mustang started life as a body-in-white before delivery to Watson Racing for completion as a track-only vehicle. At Watson, the Boss 302S was equipped with its 5.0-liter Boss 302 engine optimized with racing calibration, T-6060 6-speed transmission, and a Torsen TR2 differential with 3.73:1 gears. Suspension upgrades included 3-way adjustable dampers, caster/camber plates, Ford Racing adjustable sway bars, and tubular lower control arms with extended ball joints and a Derlin bushing kit. Externally, the limited-edition Boss 302S was prepared for competition with a carbon-fiber front splitter, fiberglass hood with air extractors, an adjustable rear wing, and 19-inch wheels. Competition prep also included a quick-release steering wheel, duct kit to cool the Brembo 4-piston brakes, FIA-spec 6-point roll cage, front and rear tow hooks, switch plate with start/ignition, fire-suppression system, window net, master cut-off switch, and 6-point safety harness. In other words, the Boss 302S was built as a race-ready Mustang from the factory. A red “S” within the traditional Boss 302 hockey-stick stripes identified the special track-ready model. This Boss 302S is number 28 of the 50 produced for 2014. In addition to the standard competition components, it is also equipped with the optional Recaro XL driver’s seat and Satin Black paint, a $5,995 option. 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Restomod

1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Restomod

Engine: 398 CID V8 Stroker
Transmission: Tremec 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 5518 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a unicorn of sorts. This one though is quite a unique unicorn. In fact if you Google “Blue Eleanor” this car is what you will find. A 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback that started life as a 390 CID car, many many hands were involved in making this dream a reality. The body work was done by Desert Mustangs in Scottsdale AZ. She has made the circuits and was sold at Barrett-Jackson in 2006 and then underwent many thousands of dollars worth of work on the drivetrain to make this monster work in real life. So now the engine is a fully built bored and stroked 398 CID V8 that started as a 351 Cleveland. All of the supporting parts are top notch and support the 575 horsepower this engine creates. There are some cool tricks too. The custom exhaust is very muted until you flip the switch on the center console that opens the exhaust, the car then sings a very different tune. The neighbors will not be very happy with you running through the neighborhood banging through the T56 six speed transmission. All of this is backed by a Ford 9 inch rear differential with 3.89:1 gears and locking differential. No she isn’t a one trick pony either, ac makes driving in any area or time of year comfortable, power steering and power brakes make it all buttery smooth for driving. And please don’t think she is just a show pony either, she did 167 mph in a half mile runway race recently. For all of this shock and awe this is a well sorted car with just the right options that include AC, CD Player, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Radial Tires, and Aluminum Alloy Wheels. 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Pro Street

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Pro Street

Engine: 468 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Auto
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

Pro Street is a style of street-legal custom car built to appear more at home on the drag strip than on the street, while remaining legal to operate and not “gutted” like a bracket race car. Vehicles of this type often show highly modified, large capacity V8 engines up front, but keep a stock interior floor plan, windshield wipers, carpet and working lights. This fantastic, award-winning 1957 Chevrolet 2-Door Sedan is the best of the best. Featuring a 468 cid big block, 4-bolt main power plant topped by a Dyers 871 blower, this beast is all business. Additional build features include aluminum heads, MSD ignition, steel crank, h-beam rods and a blow-proof bell housing. All this power is mated to a turbo 400 transmission with a manual valve body and 9-inch Ford rear end. The center section is a Curry 4-link coil/over suspension. The quality does not stop there as the interior is beautifully done in tan leather with a custom-made dash and console. 19.5 inch Micky Thompson wheels finish off a truly gorgeous package that needs to be seen (and heard…) to be fully appreciated. This 1957 Chevrolet 2-Door Sedan Pro Street is located in our Milwaukee showroom. 1979 Chevrolet Malibu

1979 Chevrolet Malibu

Engine: 496 CID V8
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 67 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this absolutely wild 1979 Chevrolet Malibu. This Malibu is a far cry from the standard grocery-getter that Chevy was stamping out by the thousands. Powering this monster is a 454 big block V8 stroked out to 496 cubic inches backed up to a beefy TH-400 transmission sandwiching a 5000rpm stall converter. The 496 is spinning an Eagle 4340 crankshaft with Eagle H-beam rods topped with SRP 13.5:1 pistons. A pair of Pro Comp Aluminum ported heads round out the long block for a very healthy amount of power on tap. Taking care of getting air and fuel in the engine is a Victor JR intake and a 950 CFM Holley Carburetor. A custom set of Lemons Headers spew the exhaust fumes through a pair of Spintech mufflers for the sound of a beautifully orchestrated chaos. While all of that power makes for killer sound and plenty of tire smoke, there’s more to going fast than just having power; it needs to be effectively put to the pavement. With SPC upper control arms and TRZ lower control arms working in tandem with Qa1 adjustable coil overs, this Malibu grips and rips. A Moser 12-bolt packed fill with 4.10 gears and 30-spline axles resides out back, more than capable of handling the powerplant. A custom frame was fabricated with a 4-link suspension set up to keep the Moser properly located. Making sure the body and frame stay as solid as possible, a 10-point roll cage was installed and painted black to blend in with the gorgeous interior. The two-tone gray paint with the red stripe absolutely pops under the sun. The paint looks deep enough that you could take a dive in it and never come back out. The color scheme is tied through the seats in the interior making for a very complete and well thought out design. The seats were custom redone to match the paint! A switch panel is mounted in the redesigned dash to give the driver total control over all of the electronics of the vehicle, while a master disconnect can set the Malibu in hibernation for any extended downtime. Plenty of custom work is massaged into all aspects of this vehicle, and the hard work really paid off making for an extremely well-finished vehicle. This 1979 Chevrolet Malibu is a very well put together car and should fill your trophy case with ease after only a few shows. Options include: Power Steering, Tilt Steering Wheel, Leather Interior, Kill Switch, Alloy Wheels, and a Posi Traction Rear Axle. For more information on this one of a kind 1979 Chevrolet Malibu, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. The huge aluminum radiator keeps everything at the perfect operating temperature with dual electric fans giving you that extra vote of confidence. The 1050 CFM Quick Fuel Dominator carb feeds this animal the high-octane gas it needs. If that’s not enough power for you hit the button on the fogger system and hold on for dear life. The TH350 Transmission was built to handle all that power with a trans brake allowing for true off the line hole shots. The Moser 10 bolt rear end has 3.89 Moser axles allowing for off the line acceleration while pulling hard through all 3 gears. With all that power propelling this beauty the brakes need to be just as good. The 4-wheel disc set up with its Wilwood master cylinder is exactly what this thing needed. Of course, going fast is fun but why not look good while doing it? The paint on the car is slick with a great shine while that fiberglass cowl hood ties in perfectly to the build. The RS front clip looks great but there is no way to tell if it came from the factory or not. Open the doors and you will see an interior that is very tasteful. The roll cage was done to keep you safe while still allowing for plenty of room. The front buckets are comfortable and look right at home with the racing harnesses keeping you right where you need to be. The ratchet style shifter is just where you want it allowing for quick shifts with a simple slap. Normally when cars like this are built you get either a car that looks great but lacks in the performance department or vice versa. Why not get this one and have a beautiful car that performs like it looks? Options on this 1972 Camaro include, AM/FM/CD, Power Steering, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, and Billet Wheels with Radial Tires. 1963 Dodge 330 Max Wedge

1963 Dodge 330 Max Wedge

Engine: 426 Max Wedge Stroked to 440
Transmission: 727 Torque Flite
Mileage: 100 ( since rebuilt )

This awesome 1963 Dodge 330 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 330 was Dodge’s full-size car for 62-64 and was based on the B-body. Available with anything from the slant six to the monstrous 426 there was a 330 to fit anyone’s needs. The one that garnered the most attention was of course the Max Wedge. A monstrous 426 cubic with a cross ram style intake and 2 4 barrels sitting on top it was intimidating just to look at. Made in very limited numbers they are prized and sought after today. This beauty is one of those sought-after cars making it an extremely rare find. The engine powering this full on drag car is a 440 with wedge heads and that sought after cross ram intake. Built using a 1967 440 Block this engine is putting out quite a bit more power than the original one. The 426 Ramcharger heads have been worked over giving this beast an unbelievable amount of torque. The 727 Torque flight transmission has been built to handle all that power and still retains the push button transmission. The Dana 60 rear end has been stuffed with a set of 5.13 gears allowing for unbelievable off the line acceleration. With the spool locking up both axles this car was built to go straight. The huge 32 15 Goodyear slicks are exactly what you need to get this monster to hook up. The car has had one repaint back to its original red color and even though it was 40 years ago it still shows very well. The fiberglass rear bumper helps to shave some weight off while retaining the factory look. Inside is what you would expect in a drag car with just a seat for the driver. The cage while built for safety also makes the car more ridged. The Lexan windows are fixed in place and help to shave weight. If you are looking for a nostalgic drag car this Max Wedge 330 is just that. Options on this 1963 Dodge 330 include, Seat Belt, Vinyl Interior, and Racing Wheels with Skinny’s on the front and Drag Slicks on the back. Located in our Louisville Showroom, this 1963 Dodge 330 can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1982 Porsche 911

1982 Porsche 911

Engine: 3.0L H6
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual
Mileage: 92854 ( undocumented )

With less than 500 miles and 49 hours showing on the meter of this professionally built and inspected 2,994 cc engine this Kawasaki green 1982 Porsche 911 SC is ready to tear into any track while still being tame enough to be streetable. The 901 transmission has been completely gone through and rebuilt just previous to the engine build. Keeping with the performance of this Porsche is the suspension underneath. New front through-the-body and rear sway bars, Bilstein struts in the front as well as shocks in the rear. New ATE brakes front and rear of the vehicle as well as hollow torsion bars (23mm front, 33mm rear). The car has been corner weighted to a driver of 155lbs. with a total car weight of 2,517 with a half full tank of fuel. If you are looking for a true turn key street/track car that stands out in a crowd this is definitely one you need to have! The owner definitely spared no expense when building up the powertrain and suspension for this car, and the body follows along with the same attention to quality and detail. Every part that could be taken off of the car was during the painting process and meticulously reinstalled to make sure no stone was left unturned. Even the floor pans have a clear protective film on them. The paint job took 8 months and cost $32,000. 1966 Plymouth Belvedere

1966 Plymouth Belvedere

Engine: 572 HEMI
Transmission: 727 John Cope
Mileage: 14958 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1966 Plymouth Belvedere Nostalgia Super Stock. Nostalgia Super Stock is a category of drag racing that recreates the glory days of the 60’s. Starting back in the mid 80’s there were quite a few guys beginning to revive the spirit of the original era which led to the class being formed. This 66 is a fitting example of what these cars are all about. No fancy ECU’s collecting data for the next hit or controlling spark and fuel mixtures on this beast. Just plain and simple raw power with the driver trying to get it to the ground. This 66 was a great car when started with the body in an excellent condition the attention was directed to the heart of the MOPAR. Built by Muscle Motors in Lansing MI, the 572 CI HEMI is a force to be contended with. Putting out a ground shaking 800 HP standing next to this behemoth at idle is something every gearhead needs to experience. With those massive Hemi heads taking up so much space it takes a couple looks to figure out how that got so much engine under that hood. With the cross-ram intake sitting on top getting enough fuel to this animal is the least of your worries. Built by John Cope the reverse manual valve body 727 trans is exactly what you would expect in such a build. Getting power to the ground is the bullet proof Dana 60 rear end which has been filled with a set of Moser 40 splined axles. The 4.56 gear set will get this MOPAR down the ¼ mile perfectly. The cage has been certified and meets the NHRA standards for nostalgia super stock with the fit being one of the best I have seen. The Gary Ball Super Stock interior is clean and what should be in the car keeping it as close to the real deal as possible. With a build expense into the 6 figures and only 20 passes on the car this would be an excellent way to get into one of the most competitive and coolest classes of drag racing there is. Options on this 1966 Plymouth Belvedere Nostalgia Super Stock include, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Bias Ply Drag Tires on the rear and Radial tires on the front. This 1966 Plymouth Belvedere is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. 1973 Chevrolet Camaro LSX

1973 Chevrolet Camaro LSX

Engine: 6.0L Fuel Injected LS2 V8
Transmission: Tremec TKO 600 5 Speed Manual
Mileage: 1260 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is this knockout restomod 1973 Chevrolet Camaro. A little over 3 years ago, this car was pulled from a barn and became the subject of a full frame off restoration and modification, with a major emphasis on the modification. The most obvious modifications are the custom wide body kit that allows this 2nd Gen Camaro to tuck 335 cross section tires out back, and 315s up front wrapped around custom E/T wheels. Of course, big sticky tires are only as good as the suspension holding everything else in place. That is why there is Detroit Speed suspension in the front and back to hold everything else in place. To handle bringing things to a quick halt, we have a full Willwood brake system, including 6 piston front and 4 piston rear brake calipers. You are going to need those brakes too, as this car’s real party trick lies under the carbon fiber hood. There you will find a fire spitting 6.0L LS motor that has been stroked with new rods and pistons, dart heads, and dyno tuned to make 427hp and 427 lb-ft. of torque. Those massive tires are starting to make some more sense. Backing up that fuel injected beast is a Tremec TKO 600 5 Speed manual, spinning 390 Truetrac gears in a Ford 9” rear end. Inside, you could call this car a mullet, as it is all business in the front, with the party coming from two 10” kicker subwoofers in a custom enclosure that has replaced the rear seat. Upfront is all business, with Cipher race bucket seats and 4 point harnesses, as well as a half cage painted to match. Other great little touches include a carbon fiber spoiler and trunk lid, kindigit door handles, A/C, power steering, and keyless ignition. Get yourself in this Camaro and go! Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 7850 ( actual )

Factory Ford Mustang Race Car. This purpose built Stang, has enjoyed the good life flying around the track. Now with only 7850 miles on her and the recent paint job in 2015, she is looking for a new home. The Ford Racing Mustang FR500 is a highly tuned race variant of the Ford Mustang, featuring a V8 engine. These are turn key race cars not designed for public road use. Each FR500 model is built with a unique Ford Racing number, and not a DOT VIN. Each is built when ordered through Ford Racing. Each FR500 is built by the same plant, in Flat Rock (Michigan), as the standard Mustang. Powered by Ford's 4.6L V8 engine, it is rated at 325HP. The FR500S is often slotted in between the FR500C ('Boy Racer') and FR500GT ('Man Racer'). The car was designed by both Ford Racing and Miller Motorsports for the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge series (a racing series founded by Larry Miller). The car features similar aerodynamic parts like those used on the FR500GT, but uses a DOT approved racing tire BF Goodrich g-Force R1. With the end of the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge, the FR500S has been homologated for competition in the SCCA World Challenge GTS class. The transmission is the same six-speed Tremec T6060 used in the Shelby GT500 paired to a severe-duty clutch. The rear axle assembly is borrowed from the Bullitt Mustang parts bin with a 3.73:1 ratio and sturdier pinion bearing, with a Ford Racing/Torsen limited-slip differential installed. Not unlike the death star, this chariot was built with only one goal in mind… total street domination. Sporting a sinister piano black paint job and black leather interior, this car looks every bit as intimidating as it should be. Under the hood you have an explosive 383 stroker small block Chevy and 350 turbo transmission at your command, ready to unleash a win at the drop of the hammer. With that being said, you can still put this ride on the highway in its current setup with 3.90 gears in the rear. Sitting on massive tires in the rear and skinny ones up front, you won’t be able to hide the purpose of this monster. The fuel cell is tucked away in the trunk. The deck lid is electrically operated just like the doors of the hangers on an Imperial Cruiser. From the beautiful Purple Metallic with Ghost flames to the matching cloth interior, this ol’Henry has been built right! Mileage: 604 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this one-of-a-kind 1969 Dodge Dart Swinger two door hardtop in our Scottsdale, AZ showroom. What's someone to do when you want a big block, high performance A-body car but you can't find a 383 car and you'll never afford a Hemi Dart? You build one! This particular example was completely restored six years ago from a rust-free California body. Originally a 340 4-spd car, it was the perfect candidate for a full transformation from a respectable performance car to an all-out street bruiser. The equipment list reads like a Summit Racing catalog, using only the best factory and aftermarket performance goodies you can buy. All this adds up to a 440 that's now displacing 452 cubes that breathe into a TTI 2.5" exhaust system, a heavy-duty 4-speed manual transmission (from the 340 car), and an 8 3/4 rear axle. It puts 600-plus horses to the ground, and it's awesome! Drivetrain was completely refurbished about 3500 miles ago. A brake upgrade makes sure this little Swinger stops reliably every time. Since he bought in May, 2015, the current owner has added a full array of AutoMeter gauges, a hidden Custom Autosound remote-controlled stereo with auxillary media ports playing through JBL rear speakers. New redline radials on classic Cragar chrome wheels give this bad-to-the-bone Dart its classic '60's musclecar look. Engine: 351 Cleveland V8
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual
Mileage: 434 ( actual )

For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is a 1967 AC Cobra Replica. The Shelby Cobra was first made in 1961 when Carroll Shelby wrote to AC Cars, a British automotive company, and asked if they could build him a car with a V8 instead of their V6. Ford supplied the engine, at Carroll Shelby's request, so they could compete with Chevrolet’s Corvette. This Shelby Cobra replica is in impressive condition. The car was built starting with a Shell Valley body and frame kit in 2012. Since then, only 435 miles have been put on the clock. Powering the Cobra is Ford’s venerable 351 Cleveland, mated to a Tremec 5 speed manual transmission. This engine/trans combo makes for a truly enjoyable driving experience at any speed. Behind the excellent powertrain is a Jaguar independent rear suspension, which puts down the power very smoothly. The desirability of the car isn’t limited to what is under the body, however. This Cobra is painted in PPG Top Brand 1994 Viper Blue, a truly striking color when matched to the silver racing stripes. The interior is a done very cleanly, with black carpet and black leather. This is a rowdy car, and always draws a crowd when we fire up the motor. It has a black cloth interior and four B&M floor shifter tied to a 700r4 automatic transmission. This beast of a car is complete with rally wheels and radial tires and will be sold faster than it gets off the line. This car is a steal of a deal and will make everyone turn green with envy because you bought it first. Remember that yesterday potential buyers said they would think about now today they are buying, therefore there is no need to sleep on it when it comes to a solid Chevy Nova that was well built and well loved. Our 1970 Chevrolet Nova for sale includes: a mean 454 block, seat belts, power brakes and Ralley wheels.
