1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme

1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme

Engine: 3.1L V6
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 78,268 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this all-original Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme convertible. It's only traveled 78,268 miles since it was purchased new by the original owner in Scottsdale in 1990. It was recently purchased at that gentleman's estate sale and has been gone over from top to bottom by the car's second owner. In 1990, Oldsmobile revived the convertible body style, not seen from the boys in Lansing since 1972. This particular car is in a luscious red finish. This survivor Cutlass even has the original owner's manuals in the glovebox along with the "Oldsmobile"-labeled flashlight! All of the standard and optional equipment operates as expected on the car and it runs and drives like a dream. Everything about this nice GM-built soft top is in amazing condition - from the paint, to the interior, to the undercarriage; it all looks excellent and the car appears to only be five years old, not 28! Of course, there are some normal signs of wear, but you need to look closely to see them. This is an affordable American classic that can be enjoyed any time you want to experience the open air motoring this Olds offers. Plus, you can get into the old car hobby at a reasonable price. Don't miss this one! After all, they're only original once. To see 100-plus pictures and a video of this 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. 1990 Oldsmobile Toronado

1990 Oldsmobile Toronado

Engine: 3.8L V6 F
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic with Electric Overdrive
Mileage: 62,131 ( actual )

For sale in our Tampa showroom is this time capsule of a 1990 Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo. A little background on this vehicle. in mid-1987, Oldsmobile attempted to bolster sagging Toronado sales by introducing a sportier model called the Troféo, which boasted standard leather bucket seats, faux dual exhaust, more-aggressive styling, and a stiffer suspension (the highly regarded corporate FE3 package, with retuned shocks, struts and other components). The 1989 Troféo, which was no longer badged externally as a Toronado, could be ordered with the Visual Information Center: a dash mounted touch-screen CRT that controlled the vehicle's thermostat and radio and also supplied advanced instrumentation such as a trip computer. The VIC could also serve as the interface to an in-car hands-free cell phone. Troféo also received standard anti-lock brakes and a new steering wheel that featured buttons for radio and climate controls. Toronados now had standard bucket seats with console, although the split-bench seat was still offered as an option. 1990 saw Oldsmobile literally and figuratively going to great lengths to revive Toronado and Troféo sales. The hood was the only carry over sheet metal as Olds designers completely redesigned the body, particularly in the rear, increasing the overall length by about 12 in (305 mm). This 1990 Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo has the original burgundy paint and matching interior. Powered by the 3800 V6 this Olds is ready to take you down the road with only 62,131 miles. This Oldsmobile is a survivor car that is mostly original. Recently this Oldsmobile has had a new A/C system and a new brakes system installed. Options on this cruiser include AM/FM radio, cruise control, hub caps, lumbar support, power brakes, power steering, power locks, jack and spare tire, power seats, power windows, anti lock brakes, tilt wheel, traction control, keyless entry, power mirrors, driver airbag, anti theft system, leather interior, radial tires and rally wheels. 1986 Oldsmobile Toronado Brougham

Engine: 3.8L V6
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 10,170 ( actual )

For Sale in our Detroit Showroom is a super clean 1986 Oldsmobile Toronado. This extremely low mileage Toronado will bring you back to the late 80’s in style. The final generation Toronado made its debut in 1985 for the 1986 model year. It was even smaller, lost its body-on-frame construction in favor of a unibody platform, and was the first Toronado since 1969 to feature hidden headlights. For the first time ever V8 engines were gone and replaced with the fuel-injected version of the Buick 231 cu in (3.8 L) V6 now the only powerplant available. This powerplant is capable of a long and reliable life and what many would call “bulletproof” powertrain. This Olds has just over 10,000 miles on it, yes that is not a typo, 10,170 miles on the odometer with plenty of life left for you to enjoy. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. It even still smells new! You can enjoy power options galore and the digital gauges work great. If you are looking for a super nice cruiser that you can enjoy for a while, this one is a great candidate. 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado

1966 Oldsmobile Toronado

Engine: 425 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 96,413 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars has just consigned a really unusual car with this 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado for sale in our Scottsdale showroom. This was the first year for this truly innovative technology that engineers shared between the Oldsmobile and Cadillac divisions to bring FWD to their model line-up. Although this car has an amateur paint job of the original color, Frost Green, it could use a bit of refining to make it look its best. The rest of the car has many new mechanical components like a rebuilt engine and transmission, new steering gear, new battery, alternator, water pump, and more. It's a very reliable driver and was recently driven quite a distance to bring it in to consign. The heat and A/C even work. The green interior is a nice complement to the exterior. Although the car needs some final tinkering to get everything in perfect cosmetic and working order, this classic Olds can be driven reliably now while you work on getting it perfect. These first-gen Toronados are starting to get noticed by collectors and are rising in price because these cars offer unique styling not seen at GM during that time period. Buy this one before they get too expensive. You're guaranteed not to see another one at the local cruise night, but you'll get everyone's attention when you pull up in it. 1961 Oldsmobile 98

1961 Oldsmobile 98

Engine: 394 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 21,159 ( actual )

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this single family owned 1961 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight. These classic beauties make for great weekend cruisers and a Sunday driver. That is exactly what this car was used for through-out its lifetime. The current owners great grandfather drove this beauty to church every Sunday and kept in stored in a garage it’s whole life. Apart from some surface rust this car is a great survivor. This Old’s 98 is powered by the original and strong running 394 CID V8 also known as the “Sky Rocket” back in it’s prime. It’s stated by the owner of the vehicle that the mileage is original to the car. I will say based on condition of the car and the history it’s not impossible. With that type of mileage this car is only averaging 371 miles per year, THAT’S INSANE! The engine is paired to a smooth shifting 3-speed automatic transmission and is a breeze to drive. The interior remains in very good condition considering the age of the classic. With the blue cloth interior and original instrument panel this car really puts you back into the ‘60s. Something very cool is the vintage radio still working in the car. Unlike modern radios, this one takes a moment to warm up prior to your favorite tunes coming on. They really did a great job with the attention to detail in the 60s to include the intricate “Oldsmobile” badging in the center of the steering wheel. Whether your looking for a nice cruiser or something to put your personal spin on, this is a great car for both options. 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme

1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme

Engine: 5.3L LS V8
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 90,374 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this recently modified 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. What is modified you ask? Well, the factory 307 is known to be very reliable, but not all too quick. The seller really wanted to have a solid cruiser with a healthy dose of power, so that had to go. In its place is a carbureted 5.3l LS-based V8 out of a late-model Chevy SUV backed to a TH350 automatic. In addition to the aluminum intake and carb, a set of long tube headers were installed to optimize use of the space in the engine bay, and a mild cam was installed to bring power to right around 400 horsepower, which is plenty to get this G-body moving. The Cutlass still wears its original paint, and is still fitted with most of its original interior. A few tasteful upgrades were done to improve the driving experience, such as an aftermarket AM/FM/CD player and a B&M shifter. The otherwise factory interior is just as plush as the day it left the factory. The cranberry cloth seats are happy to hold you for longer cruises, making it feel like you are riding on a cloud. The tasteful 5-spoke chrome wheels make for a more modern look, while still retaining the authentic mid-muscle feel. With plenty of power tucked in a clean, original style package, this is a great example of hot-rodding. Options include: AM/FM/CD, Power Brakes, Power Door Locks, Power Steering, Power Windows, Seat Belts, and a Tilt Steering Wheel. For more information on this sporty 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass

1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass

Engine: 350 CID V8
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 71,511 ( actual )

Listed for sale in our Tampa showroom is this sharp 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass or Hurst/Olds. This original survivor with only 71,500 miles is in great shape and drives very smoothly. The car has tons of tread left on the tires, superb interior, and even the gold pin striping is in like-new condition. A lot of work has been done to this car to keep it properly maintained over the years. Now called simply the Hurst/Olds, appeared in 1979, based on the Cutlass Calais coupe. It still has the original L34, Oldsmobile's 5.7 L (350 in³) V8 engine. This car starts and drives great. The Hurst Dual Gate shifter that was built standard really sets this Olds apart from other Cutlass models on the market. The 1979 was the first H/O to be built entirely by Oldsmobile Division, it was also the first H/O that did not offer a 455 engine. It was, however, the only GM G-body to offer a 350 V8. It was also the first W-30 to come with the Olds 350 and not the Olds 455. The rarity of this car will surly make it a great add to any collection. White and black were the color choices available for the H/O in ‘79. This car has the White and Gold paint scheme with the Tan interior. Gold paint covers the hood, most of the top, and the very rear of the trunk. The aluminum wheels were also painted gold, along with the grille. This H/O was built by Oldsmobile at the Lansing plant. This car has almost perfect interior even down to the carpeted floor. The white paint still shines like it was freshly painted and gold accents really set off the paint on this unique car. This car will definitely be a great hit at the next car show! To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass (Hurst/Olds), please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hurst/Olds

1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hurst/Olds

Engine: 307 CID V8
Transmission: Hurst Lightning Rod with 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 60,697 ( actual )

We are excited to offer for sale in our Saint Louis Showroom this 1983 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds. BACKGROUND: The 83’ Hurst/Olds was the 15th anniversary of the first Hurst/Olds introduced by Oldsmobile in 1968. The 1983 Hurst/Olds featured a color scheme of black cherry, silver rocker panels with red and silver pinstriping, a new Hurst/Olds emblem, and the introduction of the Hurst Lightning Rod floor shifter in the Oldsmobile lineup. The Hurst Lightning Rod shifter allows you to get the most out of the 307 V8 when the mood hits you. Plus, on days when you want to take it easy, just simply let the four-speed overdrive automatic shift itself. Power comes from an Oldsmobile modified version of their 307 CID V8 engine, the Hurst Lightning Rod shifter transfers the power to the 10-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears. The formal GM G-body shape works remarkably well with the aggressive Hurst upgrades (power bulge hood, rear spoiler, etc.) and removing all the chrome does wonders for the transformation from plush luxury cruiser to street brawler. Inside, the Hurst/Olds got bucket seats and a proper console, something few other Oldsmobile’s of the era can claim. The red cloth strikes a nice balance between premium and aggressive. Originally 2,500 of these Hurst/Olds were to be produced, that number was increased to 3,001 due to high demand from the public. The Hurst/Olds option was brought back in 1984 as well, likely because people just could not get enough of them. In 1984, 3,500 were built, and the color scheme was reversed (silver body and black rocker panels). The odometer on this 1983 Oldsmobile reads 60,697, which represents the actual mileage on the car. Options for this 1983 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with Cassette Player, T-Tops, Cloth Interior, Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Power Windows, Power Driver’s Seat, Power Locks, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, and Rally Wheels. The G-Body Hurst/Olds (1983-1984) were not the quickest of the H/O family, going back to its beginning in 1968, but it certainly ranks highly against its fellow 1980’s era competitors in power, handling, and styling. To view this 1983 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis Showroom. An all original survivor that still looks good for being 44 years old. The Hurst was sold for the first time in Oregon. Today, we are proud to feature this survivor Oldsmobile in our South Florida showroom. Oldsmobile and Hurst Performance built some great cars together. It is a pleasure to drive this example of their creations. The 350ci V8 Rocket comes with 180hp. The engine muscle is transferred to a 3-speed automatic transmission. A perfect car to cruise down the road and if you want some fun just step on the gas pedal and see the needle going up on the speedometer. The car comes with many options like cold A/C and Power Steering to make sure you will get comfortable to your destination. The 8-track player and the famous V8 sound will be your entertainment on your ride. Once parked, open the door, flip the seat around for an easy exit out of the Hurst. Walk around and see the original paint and decals. Don’t be scared to peak underneath the car. This car was home at the West-Coast for a long time before relocating it to Florida. The Oldsmobile probably has never seen any salt. Any rocker panels and floor boards are thankful for that. Cars are only once original, and this is the real deal here. A real cool car that comes with good looks and you can be pretty sure that the possibility equals zero to see another one like this. Let it ride!!! 1974 Oldsmobile Omega

1974 Oldsmobile Omega

Engine: 350 V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 51,992 ( actual )

For sale is a 1974 Oldsmobile Omega located in our Indianapolis showroom. The Olds Omega shared the X-body platform with the Chevy Nova, but was a more dressed up version than the basic Chevy. The Omega featured a unique nose and tail design setting it apart from the Nova, as well as a classy wood grain dash in the interior. This particular Omega is not your run of the mill '74 Omega and might be the nicest one out there. This Omega has gone through a 4 year long frame off restoration with the addition of some nice upgrades. With the body of the frame the frame was powder coated along with the cross members giving it a nice clean show appearance underneath. The body was then treated with a fresh custom blue base coat/ clear coat paint job with painted silver stripes laid on before the clear coat was applied. This 1974 Oldsmobile Omega is powered by its original, rebuilt 350 CID "Olds Rocket" V8 engine, backed by a 200-4R 4-speed automatic transmission, and running to a True Track Locking Differential with 3.73 gears. During the engine rebuild an Oldsmobile performance cam and pistons (Modelo W300 Kit) were put in along with a Holley Carburetor on top with an HEI distributor and ceramic coated exhaust manifolds with around 10,000 miles on the rebuild. Along with that, the thermostats was just replaced. The interior is also nicely done with a custom two-tone black and gray vinyl seat covers and door panels with a custom "Omega" script package tray. A few other nice upgrades include: Original bumpers re-chromed, Aluminum Crossflow Radiator, Anti-theft Kill Switch, trunk mounted Optima battery, and new Polyurethane bushings throughout. Finishing off the build are a set of chrome 17" American Racing wheels on all four corners wrapped in 235/45ZR17 radials. Options on this 1974 Oldsmobile Omega for sale include: Air Conditioning, Power Brakes (Front Disc, Rear Drum), Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Locks, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Aluminum Alloy Wheels, and Radial Tires. 1963 Oldsmobile Cutlass F-85

1963 Oldsmobile Cutlass F-85

Engine: 215 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 6,000 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present one of Oldsmobile's performance pioneers, the 1963 Oldsmobile Cutlass F-85. Oldsmobile had won a reputation for itself at General Motors by leading the way in engineering breakthroughs, such as Hydra-Matric automatic transmission, first seen on the 1940 models, and the modern high compression Rocket ohv V-8 engine that debuted in 1949. Both were at the leading edge of the swing toward driving ease and abundant power that arose in the 1950s and showed no signs of abating anytime soon. The platform for this power plant was Oldsmobile's unibodies F-85 for sale, introduced for 1961 as one of GM's upscale "senior" compacts. Related to the Buick Special and Pontiac Tempest, it equipped with an all-aluminum, 215-cid "Rockette" V-8. Boasting a hearty 185hp and spinning with a compression ratio of 10.25:1 this was one advanced engine for the time. Backed by Oldsmobile's famous 3-speed turbo-hydromantic transmission it makes for the perfect cruiser combo. It does have 6,000 miles on it since the rebuild. The car was traced back to an Arizona car and didn't need much on the restoration, so a gorgeous shade of cream was laid on the car and finished out with all its original trim and chrome. The interior is an also a supple shade of rich cream and accompanied by aftermarket gauges that help you keep an eye on the heartbeat of this Cutlass for sale. Options on this muscled out F-85 for sale include: AM/FM radio, automatic convertible top, power steering, vinyl interior, numbers matching, and steel wheels capped with spoke hub s and wrapped in radial tires.
