If you’re looking to get into a great starter Mercedes, look no further! Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is now offering this 1984 Mercedes Benz 300SD. This diesel-powered Mercedes is equipped with Air Conditioning, Heated Seats, Power Sunroof, Power Windows, Automatic Transmission and Cruise Control. You’ll also love the leather seats with lumbar support. Although the first W116 S-Class in the 1970s established Mercedes-Benz as a global leader in safety engineering and technical prowess for sedans, it was the next W126 S-Class, beginning in 1979, that saw this model become a top-tier luxury good, a true flagship, and a lasting symbol of affluence throughout the 1980s. The smoothed-over styling of the W126 S-Class signaled a newfound focus on aerodynamics and fuel-efficiency. With a coefficient of drag 14 percent better than the previous model and curb weights starting around 3,600 pounds, this generation of S-Class was quite efficient for its time in its six-cylinder and diesel forms when compared to that era’s large American sedans. Safety and occupant protection were also unparalleled, with a driver airbag offered through most of the model run. Traction control was also introduced, as were seat-belt pretensioners. This Mercedes Benz 300SD is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at email@example.com for additional information.

Our Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1975 MG MGB for sale. This MGB has a new top in the box ready for installation and less than 1K rebuild on the engine. The car was painted about 5-6 years about. For many years, enthusiasts of the MGB made the claim that this was the best-selling sports car ever made. With a total of more than 513,000 cars assembled at Abingdon from 1962 through 1980, and more than 300,000 roadsters exported to the U.S., until very recently they had the numbers on their side. A production run of 18 years and more than a half-million cars speaks volumes about the quality of the MGB. And for the new enthusiast, these numbers mean there are a lot of cars for sale and a lot of spare parts with which to keep them running for many years. What accounted for the long run and great reception, when so many other sports cars came and went during the same period? Beyond the cost and ease of purchasing, restoring and upgrading it, there are two very good reasons for the past and present popularity of the MGB. First, it is fun to drive. Second, it is easy to take care of. Only a few cars on the road provide the visceral pleasure of driving an MGB. Take it out on a country road, wind it up through the gears with the positive gear change, then do a heel-and-toe downshift into a tight corner and power out again on the straight. Let the wind whip through your hair, and listen to the song of the four-cylinder engine. No classic car at this price can offer anywhere near the same experience, and only a few modern sports cars come close. From almost the beginning of the marque, MG’s slogan was “Safety Fast,” and generations of enthusiasts can attest that it delivered on that promise. But the experience isn’t limited to driving. For anyone who wants a brief escape from software problems, computer systems that have minds of their own, and user manuals that require a degree in electronics to understand, the MGB opens the door to a fast-disappearing world of basic electrical and see-how-it-works mechanical systems. With a basic set of tools, an electrical test gauge and some rudimentary mechanical ability, any job from a basic tune-up or an oil change to a complete engine rebuild can be undertaken in the garage as a weekend alternative to video games and surfing the Net. Options include. Convertible top, and radial tires. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this cool 1979 Datsun 280ZX. The s130 was a sports coupe produced by Nissan in Japan from 78 to 83. A second generation that replaced the s30 in late 78 and the first time a Datsun would be sold with the Nissan name on it. This example is a rare find with all literature including the original Japanese “build sheet” going with this beauty. The paint is clean and true to what it should be with a respray done sometime ago. Owned by the same family since new this cream puff was extremely well taken care of. The interior on this champagne/mahogany example is one of the cleanest original interiors I have seen. With the all the gauges functioning and the AC blowing cold this 280 is ready to go. Loaded with the premium package this Nissan had everything except leather making it a lot more desirable and more fun to drive. Under the hood the original 2.8l is in tip top shape starting right up without a hitch. The inline 6 pulls hard and was designed to rev higher making this an absolute blast to drive. With a softer ride than earlier models the 280 has a smoother ride while not sacrificing performance. If you have been looking to get into the exploding Japanese classic market this would make a great first addition to a collection or get it to simply drive and enjoy. Options on this 1979 Datsun 280ZX include, AC, AM/FM/Cassette, Power Windows, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Cloth Interior, Seat Belts, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires. This 1979 Datsun 280ZX is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a 1929 Mercedes-Benz SSK Gazelle Replica. This Gazelle is finished in a unique gray over red color combination, and features black vinyl interior. Powering this 29’ Mercedes is a Ford 2.3L inline 4 cylinder engine. A 4-speed manual transmission transfers the power to the pavement. A Mustang II front end, including disc brakes, helps this Mercedes handle like a dream. Options for this 1929 Mercedes-Benz SSK Gazelle Replica include: AM/FM Radio with Cassette Player, Manual Convertible Top, Hub Caps, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires. Designed by Ferdinand Porsche (the last car he designed for Mercedes Benz before founding his own company) and assembled in Bremen, German, the Mercedes Benz SSK was manufactured between 1928 and 1932. SSK is an abbreviation for Super Sport Kurz which is German for Super Sport Short, since it was the short wheelbase development for the earlier Mercedes Benz S. The SSK was a highly sought after car then for its extreme performance and plentiful competitive successes, and even more now due to the fact that fewer than 40 were built during its production run. Nearly half of those were sold as Rennwagen (racing cars), and were subsequently crashed and cannibalized for parts. Only 4 to 5 entirely original models are believed to remain, and one was sold at auction in September 2004 for a whopping $7.4 million. Although it has a smaller power plant as the original SSK, it does have the same classic styling cues and at a fraction of the cost. Put the top down, drive to a local show or for a long cruise on some old black top back roads. Either way you will be inundated with onlookers wanting know more about your classic ride.
