For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a race car for the serious vintange racer or collector. We are proud to present the 1994 Spice HC94. Piloted by Jeremy Dale and Bob Schader, this car was run as the #2 Brix Racing car, and during the 1994 IMSA GT Championship series, and took first place at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, the Grand Prix of Portland, and the Exxon World Sport Car Championships at Phoenix international Raceway. You can take this race proven winner out today to run in your favorite vintage racing series in SVRA, HSR, and other vintage organizations.
Many of the features of this car are considered standard race car technology at this point, but in 1994 carbon fiber monocoque and body work was considered space age. The Spice HC94 is powered by a 5.6 liter aluminum small block Chevrolet. It was professionally rebuilt by Ted Wentz, and has not been driven or raced since installation. The only time on the motor was during dyno tuning, where it produced 580hp on a conservative tune. It features electronic injection, Motec engine management and data system, and a stack dash. It also includes air jacks, full lighting for 24 hour racing, JRZ shocks, a shift light, electric fire system, and two batteries. It has undergone a rigorous teardown and rebuild to ensure everything is up to the task of setting your best lap times yet. A lot of money has gone into this car to make sure that it is ready to tear up your next vintage race or track day afternoon. Don’t miss the opportunity to own this unique piece.
