US Buyers
Buying a vehicle from us is very easy. Please visit one of our two showrooms in Fairmont City, Illinois near downtown St. Louis, Missouri or Charlotte, North Carolina. Or you can call us 800-231-3616 and talk to Bob Mueller in St. Louis or call 866-542-8392 for our Charlotte showroom. We carry an extensive inventory of 300+ cars in our two showrooms. Our sales staff will go to the vehicle, do a walk around and give you an objective view of its features and condition.
You can also e-mail us at info@gatewayclassiccars.com. However, please remember we get a large volume of e-mails everyday. Therefore, we cannot answer every e-mail in detail. It is always best to call one of our showrooms for prompt service.
Our sales staff can also assist you in obtaining financing from one of our banks. Current rates are as low as 6.19% with no money down option, 5-year (60 months) payout and no pre-payment penalty. Please call them for a 5-minute confidential application over the phone or in one person, 15-minute loan approval and funding as quickly 24-hours.
Lastly, we can assist you in delivery through our network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the car right up to your driveway.
All buyers must furnish us their name address and phone numbers. Certain purchases may require additonal information such as a copy of your driver's license for security, financing and State of Illinois (SOS) requirements.
International Buyers
As an international buyer, it is as easy to purchase a vehicle from us as it is for any domestic buyer. Please contact us by e-mail: info@gatewayclassiccars.com or by phone. Rest assured, you are dealing with one of the largest classic car dealerships in the United States with one of the largest (300+) vehicles on display. Our sales staff is very knowledgeable and can assist you in every aspect of the purchase.
If you decide to purchase from us, we require that you give us your complete name, address and phone numbers (home, office, mobile and fax) and a port of entry that handles containers. We do not ship vehicles open (RORO: Roll On Roll Off) due to risk of damage to vehicle and theft of parts.
All international purchases must be paid by bank wire transfer in US Dollar funds only. We are working on accepting Euros in the near future.
Once we have received the funds, we will prepare the car for international shipment through one of our approved land and ocean carriers. We file all the necessary documents for export, deliver the car to a US port, secure it in containers and board an ocean carrier. We can land a vehicle to any port worldwide handling container traffic. We export cars regularly and are familiar with export requirements. You or your agent are responsible for Custom clearing the vehicle and registration in your home country. Our shipping fees include all freight costs (land and ocean), export fees and transit insurance.

Please be aware that we treat all customer information with utmost care. To insure privacy, we do not share information provided by our customers with anyone unless authorized to do so by the customer. However, in case of potential or actual criminal and fraudulent transaction, we will share the information with law enforcement agencies.
