Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1953 Ford Customline. This vehicle is equipped with an all original cloth interior, am radio, seatbelts, white wall tires, as well as being a numbers matching vehicle “per owner statement”.
The beginning of this line began in 1952, when the Ford Motor Company did a restructuring of their all new vehicle line that began in 1949. The Customline was the mid-level car, the peddles have now become suspended from below the dash. A voltmeter, gas gauge, temp gauge, and oil pressure were standard. The clock and radio were positioned in the center of the dash, and the grille now sported a single center Bullet flanked by vertical black stripes. The radio preset buttons were even preset to local stations by your local ford dealer as a special yet unusual service. This vehicle is equipped with the long lived and famous Ford Flathead V8 coming in at 239 CID or 3.9L. This vehicle has been well taken care of and started its life In Louisville, Kentucky where it rolled off the assembly line on September 3, 1952. This car was restored in 2011, where it received full engine and transmission rebuild. During the vehicles restoration it was noted that the panels did not need to be replaced or patched so underneath its gorgeous black paint are its original and untouched panels. The all original interior compliments the exterior and speaks highly to the care the vehicle has seen through out its life. This car is not only breath taking, it is also a pleasure to take our and cruise down the road to your local cruise in.

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this awesome 1953 Ford F100. This ‘53 Ford F100 is the one you have been waiting for. Too often you see cars and trucks that have been personalized past the point of no return. Fortunately, that is not the case with this truck. Looking at this beautiful fire engine red truck is like an artist looking at an open idea. You can leave it the way it is and have loads of fun, or modify it to your liking. The overall stock look is very appealing with the bright red paint and black running boards. The simplistic chrome “dog dish” hub caps and painted steel wheels takes you down memory lane. There is just enough chrome displayed to add to the look, but not take away from the nostalgic feel. You don’t run into these 1953 Ford F100’s in this type of shape often. The simple basic feel carries right over into the light brown vinyl bench seat interior. This truck makes you want to hop in, drive to a huge open field, and sip a tall glass of lemonade. With only a few knobs and switches on the inside, the bright chrome gauge cluster captures your eyes showing speedometer, oil pressure, volts, water temp, and fuel. Powering this classic F100 is a Ford 289 “Y” block mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. Adding to the vintage package is the fact that it is “three on the tree.” It doesn’t get much better than this when it comes to a pure throwback classic. If it’s too tame for you, let your imagination run wild. The best thing about this 1953 Ford F100 is the fact you know exactly what you’re dealing with. Options include Spare Tire, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires, and a Wood Slat truck bed. Don’t miss your opportunity to take a trip down memory lane. There is still plenty of country roads out there to explore and car shows to pull up to. This 1955 Ford Crown Victoria is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 55 Crown Victoria was a direct shot at Chevy’s new line-up of vehicles. The Crown Victoria would have a very distinct chrome B pillar that ran from one side of the car to the other making it stand out in a crowded marketplace. This one is powered by a 272 CID "Y block" V8 and sits in a highly detailed, super clean engine bay. The power produced is sent through the original 2 speed automatic transmission. For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is a 1967 Ford Mustang. With a quick look at this 1967 Mustang, with its light blue body, white hardtop, and white striping, anyone can see that this is a killer example of an American icon. 1967 saw the first redesign of Ford’s massively successful pony car. The body was enlarged, while keeping the same wheelbase, allowing for big block engine offerings, front and rear end styling was more pronounced and aggressive, and instrument panel offered a thicker crash pad, and larger gauges. The body styles were carried over from the previous year, offering hardtop, fastback, and convertible options. Along with the light blue and white two tone exterior, this Mustang features a matching light blue interior as well. A 289 CID V8 can be found under the hood powering this pony, and that power is fed through an automatic transmission. All of these factors put together add up to a car that not only looks amazing, but drives as good as it looks too. Now available in our DFW Showrooms is this custom built 1932 Ford Sedan. Today, the 1932 Model B, although always a little bit in the shadow of the V8, is a highly collectible car and people will pay high dollars to restore one to original specification, which is ironic, as they were once cheap "throwaway" cars popular with hot rodders who would tear them apart and use them as the basis for a "build". This is partly why it is so hard to find an unaltered specimen today. Our 1932 is no exception as it has been rebuilt from the ground up! When starting with a custom-rod, where else do you begin then heart of the vehicle. This 1932 is powered around by a straight out the GM crate- Mr.Goodwrench 350-V8 motor, with aluminum heads, edelbrock carb 650 CFM, and a MSD Ignition. Which creates plenty of ponies to the back wheels. Speaking of wheels, this ride is rolling on a fabulous combo set of US-Mags wheels and Mickey Thompson tires. These all connect to Rust’No’More chassis and a fiberglass body sitting on top. Other additional upgrades to this vehicle include: Aluminum rod 3 core speedway, Pete & Jake frontend, SoCal gas tank, Disc brakes, and Muffler headers. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos, visit our website at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
