The Chevrolet Chevelle was produced in three generations for the 1964 through 1978 model years. Part of the General Motors A-Body platform, the Chevelle was one of Chevrolet’s most successful nameplates. 1966-1967 models saw a significant restyle that included smooth contours, a broad new grille and bumper treatment and curved side windows. The 1967 models also received a new rear end featuring wraparound tail lamps with standard backup lights. The 1967 Chevelle brochure proudly stated: “what you see inside will probably bring on a severe compulsion to go driving!”. The SS396 Chevelle continued as its’ own series with both sport coupe and convertible models. This 1967 SS Tribute has a rebuilt 396 V8 mated to a 4-speed manual transmission and 10-bolt rear end. The owner has installed a new Hurst shift linkage, new clutch control arms and radiator. Additional features include power steering, power brakes and AM/FM Stereo. The bright red exterior is contrasted nicely by a beautiful two-tone black/red leather interior with front bucket seats. This 1967 Chevelle SS Tribute is located at our Milwaukee showroom. 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

Engine: 454
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 51,185 ( undocumented )

We have a stunning 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle here in our Milwaukee showroom. It is coated in a beautiful red paint with red interior. It features a 454ci Chevrolet V8 with a 4 speed transmission. It rumbles like a beast! It has power steering, power brakes, rally wheels and aluminum rims. 1966 saw a complete restyle of the Chevelle on the previous frame that included smooth contours, a broad new grille and bumper treatment, and curved side windows. Bulging rear fender lines and a "flying buttress" roofline (tunneled into the "C" pillar) were highlights of the '66 hardtops, shared with other GM "A" body models. The new body reflected the "Coke bottle" body shape that became the fad for American cars in the mid-1960s. A 4-door hardtop-styled Sport Sedan joined the Malibu series. It was an attractive car and was offered through 1972, but never achieved the high-production figures as the pillared sedan. Chevelles continued in 300, 300 Deluxe, and Malibu trim. Available engines were a 327-cubic-inch V8 instead of either of the sixes, or the mid-level option, a 220-horsepower 283-cubic-inch V8. Options included a tachometer, mag-style wheel covers, and sintered-metallic brakes, four-way power seats, a tissue dispenser, and cruise control. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this beautiful 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle

1968 Chevrolet Chevelle

Engine: 396 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 14,817 ( undocumented )

For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a Phantom Blue 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. The great thing about a 1968 Chevelle is you can tell exactly what it is straight from the Vehicle Identification Number. According to the VIN on this beautiful Chevelle, it is in fact an actual SS396 car. It is so simple, it makes one wonder why they ever changed it. Powering this 68’ Chevelle SS is a 396 CID V8 engine that is believed to be the original engine to the car, and features an aluminum intake, an aluminum radiator with electric fan to keep it cool, and headers to provide that awesome sound. A Muncie 4-Speed manual transmission throws the power to the 12-Bolt Posi-Trac rear end that houses 4.10 gears. The black interior has been redone and features cloth upholstery with black vinyl piping. The Phantom Blue paint was professionally applied and looks great. The brightwork also looks great and provides the perfect blend to the color combination and centerline aluminum/alloy wheels. The odometer reads 14,817, the actual mileage is unknown, and there are approximately 5,000 miles on the build, since its completion. Options for this 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS include: AM/FM Radio with Cassette Player, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior, Power Steering, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. This 396 Chevelle SS is ready for the streets. It will star at any local show or cruise but does its best work from stoplight to stoplight. To view this 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis Showroom. 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

Engine: 396 V8 Supercharged
Transmission: TCI 700 R4
Mileage: 7,805 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this “Mean” 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport. This Chevelle SS is the perfect way to “blow the doors off” of the competition at the track, and then casually cruise away laughing as they trailer their cars home. This “monster” is packing a balanced and blueprinted 396 with aluminum Edelbrock Heads, Roller Rockers, MSD Ignition, MSD Ultimate HEI Billet Distributor, 750 Double Pumper Demon Carburetor, Hooker Super Competition 2 1/8 Ceramic Coated Headers, and the crown on top is a Race Vortech Supercharger. This amounts to ground-pounding 719 horsepower and 700 foot pounds of torque. There is more to winning than cubic inches and horsepower. You need to be able to put the horsepower to the pavement and control it. You are able to achieve this with Hotchkiss Rear Suspension and new rear springs. All new front and rear polyurethane suspension bushings, transmission mount, motor-mounts, including front and rear sway bar bushings. Once you get going, stopping is the most important part. However, push this Super Sport to the limit and the front and rear Wilwood 4-piston caliper brakes will bring this wild Chevelle to a halt quickly. Some of the other components to this “Beastly” Chevelle are a TCI 700R4 transmission, which tames the vehicle to be easily driven on the highway. In addition to the TCI trans is a TCI torque converter with a 3400 to 3800 stall. A B&M four speed ratchet shifter insures crisp shifts and fast shifting. All the power is put to the ground by the way of a 12 bolt rear-end, housing an Auburn posi-traction with 3.73 gears. Options include AM/FM Cassette/CD Player, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Kill Switch, Radial Tires, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, and Posi Traction. The package is wrapped up in a true “138” code Chevelle which makes this a “Real” Super Sport. Add in the fact that this is a paint code black car and the value on this “Muscle Car” keeps rising. This ‘67 Chevelle is a worthy investment that can easily be returned to stock or kept as is. No matter which way you choose to enjoy this excellent car it will bring you priceless memories. 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

Engine: 565 CID V8 Supercharged
Transmission: 4 Speed Muncie
Mileage: 50 ( since rebuilt )

Thank you for taking a look at this beautifully restored 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS presented by Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa. This real deal true SS is stunning and is more than ready to blow the doors off and definitely has the looks to kill. This car has been professional done and has only 50 miles on it since the restoration was complete. The car is painted in a stunning red metallic paint job and trimmed in SS badges and Chevrolet flags. Coming out of the hood of this beast is a big bad 565 Big Block Chevy Supercharged engine with Dart block Cat 4.25 stroke Crankshaft H Beam. This engine is bad to the bone, it's been built with a crane camshaft, harden pushrods, pro top heads, stainless steel valves , Milodon Oil pan, Barry Grant Blower Carbs, polished 871 Blower and Hillborn style scoop! There are so many goodies under the hood of the beast and you can tell no expense was missed. The big block is then been linked up with a 4 speed Saginaw transmission with a posi-trac rear end. They then fitted the car with a 1969 Hydroboost disc brake setup to make sure you can stop all the power this engine is pushing out. When the car was last on the dyno it tested out at blistering 750 horsepower to the fly wheel. The interior in this stunning car is none other than a SS rally dash package with summit and pro-comp gauges and is trimmed in a very nice custom red and gray tweed top to bottom. This beautifully restored 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS is equipped with AM Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior, Radial tires on Aluminum Alloy Wheels. Located in our Tampa Showroom, this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS396

Engine: 396 CID V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 102,559 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this magnificent 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS396 convertible. This one comes to us from the second owner, who's been her caretaker since 1983. This one's the real deal; no clone, tribute, or replica - it's a real Super Sport big block Chevelle convertible. The original 350 HP 396 is still sitting between the fender wells, and throughout the years, it has had careful attention paid to any maintenance needs it had. The non-original Holley carb has recently been rebuilt along with a new clutch assembly. To keep it running cool, the original radiator has been boiled and rodded to flow coolant efficiently. The interior features factory gauges, a Hurst shifter, and new upholstery on the red vinyl seats. Other than an AM/FM/cassette, factory options include Rallye gauges, a console, and posi-traction. The top is power-assisted, and the mechanism operates flawlessly in all positions. The top itself still looks nice. The original rally wheels look period-perfect on this red muscle car and really finishes off the look of an all-business performance convertible from the General. This is a great car and should be yours. Remember yesterdays thinkers are todays buyers so act now. 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

Engine: 396 CID V8
Transmission: 400 Turbo
Mileage: 4,023 ( since rebuilt )

Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer this iconic 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. The iconic Chevrolet Chevelle was introduced in 1964 and was soon to become one of Chevrolet's most successful nameplates. In 1968, the Chevelle received newly sculpted sheet metal which included tapered front fenders and a rounded beltline. This Chevelle looks absolutely stunning with its long hood and high rear quarter panels. This specific Chevelle left the factory as a 396CID car so its badges are true to its roots. Under the hood of this Chevelle rests a 396CID Big Block V8 which is for the most part in its original format. This 396 is equipped with original heads and Intake, Edelbrock Carburetor and a set of headers. Translating all of this power to the pavement is a Turbo400 Transmission that does an amazing job of putting the power down. The whole engine compartment has been fully painted and dressed in chrome for that show quality look and feel. This Chevelle sports a very shiny coat of Gold Metallic that makes this beast stand out from the rest. This Chevelle also has an Onyx Black interior with a floor mounted "Staple Shifter" and the very cool Rolling Tachometer option that was available for the Chevelle. This menacing Chevelle rests comfortably on a set of chrome Cragar wheels which are wrapped in a set of BF Goodrich radial tires. Every aspect of this Chevelle is completely impressive. If you are in the market for one of America's most iconic muscle cars, look no further. 1959 Chevrolet Corvette

1959 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 283 CID V8 270HP 2x4BL
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 60,200 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is this gorgeous tuxedo black 1959 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. This stunning car has a beautiful red interior, a 270 hp 2x4 solid lift 283 with a 4-speed transmission and wide whitewalls with knockoff hubcaps. To the credit of all involved, the 1959 Corvette was “cleaned up” considerably. For one, the chrome “suspenders” were removed from the design, providing Corvette with a more swept back look that was synonymous with speed. For another, it was decided that the faux hood louvers would be eliminated, returning the Corvette to a semblance of its former self. While these features were key identifiers of the 1958 Corvette, there was no question that the elimination of the excessive chrome would reduce weight and help increase performance. Much like the exterior of the Corvette, the interior received minor, but significant updates as well. Both the door handles and the armrests were repositioned and a small-item storage compartment was added beneath the passenger side grab bar. In addition, both the driver and passenger seats were redesigned to offer increased lateral support of their occupants. All tachometers now indicated up to 7,000 rpm and offered redline and safe limit indicators. Sun visors were introduced to the 1959 Corvette as a new option and concave instrument lenses replaced the flat covers of the 1958 Corvette, thereby reducing sun glare (and other reflections) that might cause a driver to become distracted. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD photos and videos, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com.
