For sale in our Chicago showroom is this fun-in-the-sun 1965 Ford Mustang convertible. With ’65 being the first official year of the Mustang, some early build cars were called “64.5” cars, and had unique options. One of those unique options is the 260 CID V8 engine perfectly set under the long, sporty hood. Backing that with a 4-speed manual transmission makes for a great driving experience anywhere you go. The tail pipes spit a beautiful tune and give off a wonderful “pop-pop-pop” while decelerating to a stop.
The black and white interior is embossed with a herd of Mustangs parading across the seats. Roll the windows down, drop the top, grab some friends, and create your own stampede through your local downtown. The Magnum 500 wheels give off the perfect, classy look and the black paint reflects like a mirror on the sun. If the weather takes a turn for the worse, just power up the convertible top and keep on cruisin’!
The Mustang has proven itself to be a very popular car, and this is where it all started. Options include: AM Radio, Power Convertible Top, Seat Belts, and Vinyl Interior.
